Exercise caution before making a purchase
Final update: I emailed the company with the same details of my initial review down below. They responded the next day and confirmed that the dresses I received were warehouse test samples, not the final versions shown in the listing, hence the difference in both quality and cut. They have given me a refund for the items and said I don’t need to return them. Based on my overall experience I would say if you’re planning to buy from them, proceed with caution.
Update: I left a one star review on their website on the Elanor’s product page and even though it was showing to me when I posted it, now it’s nowhere to be found. Either they delete bad reviews or filter them out!
Original review: Dresses are not the ones pictured. I ordered 3 dresses because they looked unbelievable in terms of quality, but they’re simply not the ones on the photos. The Elanor dress, for example, on the pictures it looks like a “linen-feel” fabric, especially in the zoomed photo, but what I received was just a thin standard polyester fabric. On the website they do say it’s 100% PREMIUM polyester, but it’s definitely NOT as pictured. I spent over £100 because it was on sale and I thought it was so good I couldn’t miss the opportunity, and now I am very sad that I spent all that money on such low quality materials.
