The silk underscarf is such bad quality in terms of slipping. The inner silk material is good but it slips off my head. Im so angry as for the amount you pay, you should be value for money.
I ordered an underscarf there which arrived damaged (loose threads and broke material). I contacted the customer service for a solition but they just told me to not be dramatic it's not that worse. I told them I either want an exchange or a refund. They then blocked me everywhere, I even tried to reach them through social media but they always deleted my comments and blocked me. Very very unfriendly and unprofessionell, I will keep warning others about ordering from their website.... I am super unhappy with them
