Excellent coffee
Excellent coffee. I order online and collect from their roastery in Glenrothes. Momentum Espresso is my favourite. Their Mellow Decaf is really nice too. Very knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Had poor experience with this company, what was even funnier they tried to blame it on a different company. It's the same company in Glenrothes.
We found this company to be excellent. They do a wide range of specific roasted coffees with three espressos and an espresso decaf. They also do a selection of teas and a drinking chocolate. We use their whole bean version with our bean to cup machine. They also do different grinds for different types of preparation. We have, over time, found them helpful, reliable and consistent. We gained the impression that they have an established trade clientel. They are not cheap, but we think the cost is worth it. When we first found them, they were very helpful with advice on how to choose the best blend for us. We look forward to our daily cuppa! We have used them for about three years.
I've been drinking instant coffee for years, then changed to pods and recently bought a proper espresso maker. I normally use the big brands like illy and Lavazza but I wanted to find a UK based coffee brand that I'd use daily.
The order process was fine, i ordered espresso ground coffee and delivery was great but I think that's where the positive end. I have a relatively good espresso maker and I researched which machine to get before paying £300.
First time using this coffee, I measured out 9g as a single espresso and it just dripped out of the coffee machine and was struggling to filter through. I used the QR code on the packet and it didn't help much. Next, I used 18g and the same outcome. The coffee that did come out was poor tasting and quite watered down.
I thought it was an issue with what I was doing so I contacted the email address on the website and after over 10 days, I've had no reply.
Theres a possibility this was just a bad batch but I've tried 3 different ground coffee brands since, and all 3 are fine and working as they should.
