Great customer service, great product
We worked with Sasha through customer service at Modern Nursery when we ordered nursery furniture and Sasha was wonderful! Due to ice storms in the South, orders were slightly delayed, but Sasha kept us updated throughout the process. She was quick to respond (within 24 hours), provided us as many details as she had available, and just overall put us at ease. Even though our order was slightly delayed, the customer service provided really spoke to how much this company cares about their customers and we will be placing additional orders in the future from this company simply because we know we will be taken care of if any issues arise.

We purchased a Vista 3v stroller set…
We purchased a Vista 3v stroller set for twins with bassinets and all accoutrements!
It cost about 60% of the price of a brand new 1974 Chevy impala with white Landau top and am/fm cassette and air conditioning($4400)!
Delivered in days, all parts were fine. The twins will ride , sit and sleep in comfort.

RUN as far as you can. I genuinely feel scammed. We bought a chair from them. It came defective and we immediately reached out. The chair topper doesn’t latch into the base and left a wide gap on one side. They sent us a replacement that was worse than the first where the top won’t fit into the base at all. They’ve given us the run around for weeks telling us they are reaching out to the manufacturer and escalating the issue all while refusing to refund and return the chair. It’s been awful customer service. Plus In doing more research on their site, I also realized they tell you they don’t return products because they are baby items but all these same items can be returned at any other retailer where they are sold. We bought from here thinking a smaller shop would be better to work with instead of a large big box retailer. We were so wrong. Now we have to challenge it with our credit card company just to get refunded on a defective product. It’s been absolutely mind blowing. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life.
Excellent customer service
I ordered a glider for my daughter and it arrived with the pieces stripped. I thought it would be a long, drawn out process to get the order corrected. The response came within 24 hours. A new glider was shipped and will arrive today. Communication was consistent and clear. Could not have asked for any better customer service.

The Modern Nursery customer service team is unlike any other! It is hard to find good customer service these days, but WOW does Modern Nursery know how to take care of their customers. They went above and beyond addressing my issue. Their communication was thorough and frequent, they gave me necessary updates and solved the problem promptly and kindly. I received my baby’s dresser in the mail and a piece of the dresser had something wrong, I emailed Modern Nursery and they were very quick to respond, worked with me to get me a new part. Great communication and customer service. The overall quality of the dresser and changing tray are great. I would recommend to friends, family, and others!
Quality of chair
The customer service has been great! They made sure the chair would ship in a timely manner. I purchased the Madison swivel glider which I love, however the fabric appears to be loose and has so many wrinkles in it. The box was severely damaged when it arrived. Kinda disappointing .

Best customer service!
A lot of furniture I ordered was on backorder (nothing modern nursery can control, of course). Because the estimated ship dates were all over the place, I was constantly checking in with customer service. My friend, Millie, in customer service was very consistent in answering my messages PROMPTLY and was always able to answer my questions (usually with great news). I've had a great customer experience with Modern Nursery that I would recommend over and over especially over the big box stores that have horrible customer service.

Best customer service I have ever received. I ordered a dresser that had many manufacturing issues. Sasha went to bat for me with the manufacturer and did not stop until I was 100% satisfied. She was so easy and polite to work with and keep me updated along the way. She made what could have been a very stressful and tiring process much easier. Thank you, Sasha!!!!
