Zero customer service & Missing products

Visiting Singapore for a while and decided to try the skincare everyone seems to be talking about here. I bought a full set they call “the skin span protocol” and an additional serum since it was only 30ml. Delivery was quick…a little too quick. Arrived in a thin padded envelope and no extra serum just the main pack. I immediately took a photo and contacted customer service via chat. No response 24 hours later and when I log into the account chat support is disabled. So u sent an email in reply to the paid invoice and explained the matter. Still no reply. No response to additional email asking for someone to kindly reply to my first inquiry (also included photos of the pack - which could not fit a second serum unless it has another dimension somewhere, and a further copy of the invoice). Still no response. In fairness the skincare is fine but the customer service is extremely poor and now I’m out $50. So buyer beware.

UPDATE: Their support email has been deactivated. Received this notification - error are as follows:
… host .l..[…] said: 550-5.2.1 The email account that you tried to reach is inactive.

UPDATE: The serum was sent after several days after emails back and forth with customer support. So i will chnage to 3 stars as it was still extremely poor service.
