Excellent customer service from start to finish. Unfortunately I had to return some items as they were not a good fit for our home but Usman swiftly arranged a collection and this process was smooth.

first to find out if the item was in stock the assistant was extremely helpful so ordered on line where everything was very straightforward including delivery - will certainly use this Company again.

The wardrobe and chest of drawers I ordered are perfect. however, I was ent the wrong bed side table colour but the team through a chat helped me sorted out to get me one re delivered. The phone line that is on the contact page of the website doesn’t work (I’m not sure if it’s meant to be there). Happy with everything else just make sure you Check the furniture before the delivery men leave! Things happen.

Modern Home Interiors are a fantastic company. We purchased a Set of 3 Green Marble Nesting Side Tables. An absolutely gorgeous on trend set of tables which are very well priced compared to other furniture websites. The matt gold legs and green marble tops make this a conversation piece of furniture in our living room. Lovely!
We had several online chats with Usman (Usman Majid: Sales Executive, Modern Home Interiors Ltd).
Usman went the extra mile to even weigh the tables for us; out of interest all 3 them weigh a total of 15kg. The tables were delivered with extra protective packaging via DPD. Usman had mentioned this in our online chat and had kept his promise. Excellent Usman! The whole process from ordering to delivery has been first rate. Bought 2x lamps from Modern Home Interiors. Delivered directly from manufacturer. One was damaged and we realised the item was too large for the setting. Usman was very helpful over the weekend in organising things for the return, but also we identified an alternative lamp from same manufacturer. Came next day - superb product. Cannot fault this retailer - would happily purchase from them again. Excellent service throughout

Accidentally made two orders - customer service got back to me quickly and cancelled the duplicate order. Order arrived quickly.

From start to finish this company was 100% from first contacting them and speaking with a man called Usman paid my deposit i found Usman to be polite, professional and so easy to communicate with. Delivery was early and again Usman was on the ball. To conclude the delivery men came out of the same mould as Usman. I will 100% deal with this company again.

The delivery was on time and happy with quality & colour of spice rack, ... but the spice jars I have do not fit into the holes. The ones that do fit are Swartz and ALDI. I have all sorts that don’t fit ie tesco, M&S .
And I cannot find some clear jars that Fit so I’ll need to buy just Swartz & Aldi going forward.

The desk I ordered arrived on time with a good delivery service (especially seeing as I wasn't charged extra for delivery). It was flatpacked but easy to put together and I loved that it was made from good quality wood and metal. I spoke with the customer service team before ordering to check stock and delivery options and they replied quickly, answered all my questions and we overall very helpful. I'd definitely buy from them again!

I recently bought two Julien Bowen units for my bedroom. I can't speak highly enough of the service I recieved from Usman and the team. I was kept informed about delivery dates and when there was a manufacturing imperfection with one of the units (nothing to do with Modern Home Interiors), Usman dealt with the manufacturer to arrange an exchange, keeping me informed along the way. I would have no hesitation about buying from this store in the future. Thanks to Usman for great customer service.

Ordered a gorgeous umbrella stand. Arrived in good time, but had been damaged in transit. Contacted customer services, and Usman was all over it - sent the label for the return, and once i'd confirmed I'd dropped it with DPD, the new product was immediately sent out, and arrived without issue. Lovely product, great customer service. Thanks!

Ordered end of may for July delivery, emailed in July to ask what date I should be expecting to be told it will now be august, if I didn’t email would I ever of been told?
Apart from that everything else was a really good experience :)

So after disputing this with PayPal, i lost my claim to get my money back from Modern home interiors, the salesman takes who has taken great pleasure in this and emailed me to gloat ...haha wow great customer service!
