They literally robbed me

They literally robbed me!
I wanted to return an item I purchased. They accept returns and offer refunds. I emailed them to make sure. they confirmed that they accept returns and offer refunds. I returned the item and it has been three months with no refund and no response to my emails. I have emailed them seven or eight times and used their contact form on their website. They have ignored me for three months (their website does not list a telephone number). They have taken the product and my money!

The wine rack that i bought met all the excpetation. It was like in a picture, nothing less norhing more.
