This company sucks! Shipping takes 3 months. And the customer service is terrible! The owner is unethical! Not surprised by it…. STAY AWAY FROM POST AND PORCH! SCAM!!!!

A month ago, I ordered four address numbers for my mailbox, but I haven’t received my order or a refund. I received a message stating that the label was created by the US Postal Service, but another message above this email claimed that the delay was due to the FIFA World Championship, which is a false statement. I’ve emailed them multiple times, but I haven’t received a reply, and their phone number doesn’t take calls. I’m planning to contact the Better Business Bureau as soon as possible. I strongly advise against ordering anything from them.

Was told that my order was on its way, this is a lie. Can’t get an email reply, and phone number will not take a call. Label was created but FedEx say they are waiting for the package. It’s heart breaking that they have no customer serve, they just take your money. That’s the way of life today.

Love our new mailbox. It looks so much nicer than what we had before and seems extremely sturdy. Love the large size to fit packages in as well. Definitely recommend.

I’ve reached out with photos and have not heard back. My mailbox is less than a year old and is already rusting. If you could have someone reach out that would be great. Thanks.

Worst customer service experience. Mailbox on back order for two months. Received missing the post and numbers. Another month. Have someone come out to install but it’s missing the hardware (still had to pay for them to come by). Contacted them, another month and I have hardware. Hardware attaches post to box but they give you NOTHING and NO ADVICE on how to secure it to sidewalk. Used 3inch tapcons and popped right out of the ground. Wrote them again for support while I have essentially no mailbox and I’m still waiting eleven days later.

This is an expensive high quality box and post. But so far it’s been like the customer support: Absolutely useless.

Don't bother buying from this company. They got my order wrong and had to send replacement parts. Their customer service was horrible, but then they finally said they were sending the replacement, great. Here we are WEEKS later and the tracking number conveniently hasn't been scanned. They do this on all orders to shut you up and give you tracking but it is not actually shipped. Look elsewhere.

This place Sucks the the takeyour money and say that they will contact you, you don't hear from no one. It took 2 months for my box to arrive, and when it did the post was missing. There is no customer service no one answers the phone. You leave voice mail after voice mail, emails after emails no answer. IM STILL WAITING ON MY POST.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Damaged and no customer service…interestingly, they have taken all reviews off of their website, excepting selected 5 stars displayed on their homepage. Their FB review page has been disabled as well. The mail box took several weeks to arrive and arrived without the post that I paid for the the basic hardware for installation. All this could be overlooked if the mailbox itself was not damaged, an entire corner smashed and disfigured and black (on the white mailbox). It is not a good value for the price, looks very different in person.

I ordered the product and hopefully when it arrives it will be as advertised. This company like so many other online companies sends you a "it's shipped" "but" when you look at the tracking all that's happened is that they've created a shipping label. So far it's been 5 days since they did that. Hopefully they'll learn to just give an update on the status and when they say it's shipped it's actually shipped. This company might have a good product but this is why they don't grow past a certain point

Hands down the best mailbox and post that I have ever owned. The quality is superb and the powder coating is nice. Comes with stainless steel hardware and was easy to mount. Fast shipping also.

These are perfect ! Modern. Substantive. Very very very strong magnets. Very visible. I had been looking for something like this for TWO YEARS….. I had a temporary solution with metal letters that I had put industrial Velcro on. It was a disaster. THESE ARE IT! So happy. Got numbers for both sides of my mailbox and they have withstood terrential downpours and haven’t slipped a bit. I bought silver for use on my black mailbox and they are very visible day and night.

Modern Aspect lies and tells you what you want to hear. I received the same fraudulent tracking email but they never shipped. Just like everyone else, they wait until you want to cancel and then they finally send the product. I don't even want it anymore and they won't take it back.

I've experienced the same horrorible experience from the online company Modern Aspect! Now I see why there is a no return policy and there are no reviews listed the actual website!

Wish I had searched and found Trustpilot b4 placing my order.

My experience with Modern Aspects ...

I place my order on 7/5/23, website said item will be shipped within 10 business days.

Received an email on 7/21/23 (within the 10 business days) with tracking information. Tracking information appeared to be valid.

Checked tracking again on July 31, 2023 (over the10 business days) and it said my items were still/had been sitting at their location since July 21, 2023.

Sent an email 7/31/23 asking for a FULL REFUND and was given a pathetic excuse that it was being shipped the next day!

I responded to email not "acceptable as I requested a refund"! Refund did not happen.

Received a fedex update the next day 8/1/23 from saying item was being picked up -- so they just ignored my request for a refund!

Received what I thought was my order on 8/5/23, only to find that it was half of my order! I received the mailbox pole; but, not the mail box or numbers with an email saying my full order had been delivered!

Sent an email immediately on 8/5/23, informing Modern Aspects that part of my order was missing and I did not received my entire order as the mail box and numbers did not arrive.

I received an email with no explanation, just a pathetic note with a new tracking number saying the mail box and numbers will arrive August 8, 2023!

Well it was NEVER mentioned in any previous email, that I would receive two different shipments on two different dates!

Awaiting to see if i'll receive the remaining parts of my order on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.

I'll add an update of the status on August 9, 2023.

Items took way longer to arrive than advertised. Customer support kept giving me the run around on when I should expect my products.
