The packet is still not here. The delivery time is to long.

I didn't receive my parcel yet and further no update on tracking side last update was on 29 August and today is 5 sep

I’ve only just received the Life liquid collagen product which was recommended to me by a friend. I’m two days in which is too early to give an informed review. As far as delivery goes, it was a smooth transaction from start to finish.

Skincare excellent but Body lotion too thick; its fine at the beginning but as it gets lower in the bottle, water has to be added to reduce wastage.
One concern is the loss of MSM, Focus and Classic Mineral Solutions the latter was essential for diabetics. These were key products for my patients and I feel that we are losing some of the ethos that the company was founded upon

Shipping takes a long time and many times there are missing products that you want.

The products are life saving, literally. It's just a shame that they're constantly out of stock. I had to spend months bedridden waiting for mineral solutions to be available again which is one part of my illness treatment, that prevents me from being bedridden.
Also the courier used Evri, does deliver. But they never ring the bell and leave the very expensive parcel outside for anyone to take. Luckily my downstairs neighbours brought it into the building.
Please stop making mineral solutions unavailable. Unlike 15 years ago we can't shop around elsewhere anymore when it's not available and some of us need them to literally walk and talk, that's how good they are.

Very bad experience

I ordered on 31 of July to the Canaries, Spain, after having been in contact with support to ask what shipper they use. No answer, just that they DO ship to the Canaries. I included my ID number in the address field for customs.

The order tracking (bpost) didn't show any movement at all for weeks. After two weeks I contacted support and they sent me another tracking link and said the package was on route with DHL. However, the next day the package was returned to the sender due to "customs data incorrect".

No word from the company, so I emailed them again. Now they said that the package had been delivered already. Luckily I could show them proof in the tracking that it had been delivered to THEM, not me.

I asked for a refund and got it a few days later. No compensation or explanation. Too bad, because I love the products. I will never order from them again. A lot of hassle and waiting and I got absolutely nothing...
