Please, Please and I repeat please do not buy anything from this company. Their lack of communication and lack of professionalism is absolutely unbelievable. I have bought something from their online store almost 3 weeks ago and till this day I have not received a tracking number nor do I know where my package is. And don’t even try to email the customer service because they will not reply.

Modemore - Total Failure!

For the purchase I waited almost a month. The colour of the luggages was completely different from the one on the online pictures (I was informed, I quote 'While the color of the luggage in the pictures on our website corresponds to the actual product, variations can occur due to lighting conditions') 😳🫤 quality not satisfied. I returned it and another surprise I had to pay for the return shipment, which was quite expensive! Still waiting for refund! Total failure of the company! I definitely advise against any purchase from that company!

Still waiting on a call, the worst company I have ever come across, no respect 4 their clientele, just left me hanging fie the last 2.months. how hard is it to respond to a simple query about a CUSTOMER COMPLAINT FORM and getting a Manager to ring me, I am in disbelief at the continued treatment

Horrible! Absolutely horrible.
I have been waiting for my suitcases to be delivered. It states that the package is ready for pick-up. I asked for the pick-up location and was told that my address is the pick-up location.
Is this a scam???
I am taking a flight in 5 hours and had to puchase very expensive last minute suitcases!!!
