Just to let everyone know, this company went bust last year. Any issues with faulty product should be taken up with the manufacturer

I purchased an expensive wooden boat kit which was received fairly quickly (I live in Australia).
I have discovered that some of the timber planks are not the correct size. The manufacturer states that any problems with missing parts etc must be taken up with the supplier and refuses to reply to me emails (Billings Boats).
I have tried a few times to contact this company who sold me the kit but they appear to have either disappeared or not want to deal with me.
Never again.

Made an order, paid for it, was given fictitious tracking number, and they ignored emails. No item. Scammers/thieves... call it what you want.
Beware, not an isolated event.

I've used Models4Hobby many times and I have always had great service from them and would highly recommend them to anyone who has model needs.

I have made quite a few purchases from models4hobby over the past few years. Delivery time is great, items are well packaged and the staff are always on hand to help you with any queries. Not a single complaint about the service!
If I had to make a suggestion, (not complaint)
It would be, the tamiya paint, mini acrylics and TS spray could be restocked a bit more regularly. The rest of the supplys I use are always available. I always look to models4hobby as my first stop for hobby supplies. 5* experience.

So easy to deal with, accurate descriptions of items for sale and easy to navigate website. Highly recommended

I have ordered from models4hobby twice and recieved the goods in perfect condition within just a few days.
On the one occassion I had to e-mail with a query, I recieved a prompt reply with my question answered in full.

Orderred 4 models and came within 3 days. Great packaging and all in great condition. Would definately buy from them again.

ordered goods on Friday, paid for 24hr next day delivery and recieved on Monday pm.
