The silver socks I bought were really poor quality, and when I sent an email about it I got no reply. They answered emails when I was going to buy, so feel like I've been snubbed.

We've sold many Silver Whinnys over the years and have received great feedback from our customers, so we're truly sorry that your experience hasn’t matched theirs.
Have you followed the instructions included with the product, especially when putting the socks on and taking them off? There’s a specific technique involved that can take a bit of practice to master. You can also use a wet wrap to help secure the socks more firmly. It’s crucial that the socks stay in place during use—not only to ensure they function as intended, but also to prevent damage to the material.
That said, you are of course welcome to return your Silver Whinnys if you’re not satisfied. We’ve answered your email and have attached a return shipping label for you. As soon as we receive the socks, we will issue a refund.

I got the best customservice via chat. Delivery to Finland was fast.
I ordered Silver Whinnys for my horse. They are working perfect; on 1,5 weeks the leg of my horse is completely healed. If not seen, I wouldn't believe it.
