Wish I could give them minus stars if this was an option! They do not even deserve one star!
I ordered a scarf from here for £300 it arrived damaged with the label falling off! When I contacted them and sent the scarf back, they immediately sent the scarf back to me and stole the tags out the box that I had originally put in there as part of the returns policy! Since they took the tags they said they could not accept the return. I have been trying to contact them for months on end and they keep emailing me back saying the case is closed and proceeded to take the payment! Robbing thief’s. Don’t understand how they can get away with this being such a big reputable brand.

FRAUD!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!
The product they sell is not genuine, it’s cheaply made copycat. And their size system is totally out of place as well. The customer service is non existent, I couldn’t get refund. I can’t believe that such fraudulent “company” is still in business.

I cannot fault the customer service, I emailed them re my delivery which I felt was taking a long time, I received a prompt answer and my “Gucci” Gazelle’s turned up in the time that the person quoted.
They look great and they are very comfy, great packaging but clearly fakes. Just consider this before buying if you have an issue about this. The price should give away anyway!!
I found the sizing big, I am a UK 4 so I ordered a 37, they are a little roomy but fine with socks.

Avoid this company. I bought some trainers online. They arrived after about 2 months and were at least 2 sizes too small despite being labelled as my size. I asked for a refund and was told that I was not eligible as the trainers were a sale item. I asked for an exchange, posted the trainers to Ireland, where they have been stuck in customs for 6 weeks. They are now being returned to me due to insufficient paperwork. Customer services are not replying to my emails.

Fake Adidas Gucci Gazelle sneakers, smells like glue, thin as if made of cardboard. Stay away!!!

Waiting for an order after 2 months!

I have written to customer services 4 times, I have been informed 1 month ago that the order was on its way. 2 further emails, no reply, no refund, no order.

The item received was fake. No money back in T&C under the 'shop during the sale'. Terrible experience. Be aware!

The order took three weeks but I don't find that odd. I've had the same with many other international orders, especially living in Portugal things can take a bit of time. Once they arrived they were absolutely beautifully packaged and do not look fake although the price definitively says they are. I always order a size (or two) larger in shoes on line as I have large feet. The Gucci Gazelle's are beautiful and fit well, very comfy. As I have only had worn them for an afternoon I can't speak for the quality. I would encourage anyone who wants to buy these to by 1-2 sizes up. On another note, I have noticed complaints about lack of updates on shipping. If you actually go to their shipping company and put in the tracking number the shipping info is always up to date.

Ordered in August on impulse. I tried to cancel the order immediately after reading the poor reviews on here. I didn't get a reply for ages. On the 1st of September I got a despatch notification, then an email telling me they couldn't cancel the order as the item is despatched. They sent me a link to track the item, but it still shows (over a month later) as not having being received by the delivery company. There's no progress. I haver tried to cancel again, and now they say they will refund me, but I haven't had the refund yet. Seems like a complete scam to me.

Also - I have clicked to unsubscribe from their marketing quite a few times, but the emails keep on coming. Pretty sure that's a GDPR issue.

Absolutely gutted i fell for this scam! Fake website, Fake goods, wrong sizes, and will not refund!!!
I was convinced I must be wrong, but no FAKE, FAKE, FAKE! What you do not want to do is buy fake goods, especially over paying over the odds, and no refund available (surprisingly) if it’s too good to be true it normally is ! Do not shop from this fake company !!!

They are awful, don’t buy anything from them , they are fake ! It takes like a month to receive your order. Their customer service is awful! Literally terrible in all aspects….

I realise now that these are fakes but the other bigger problem is that they are incorrectly sized as others have said (by about 2 sizes). Unlike others, i did get a reply from them . As instructed, i shipped them back (at a cost of £44.40), and i have finally received a refund for one pair and no word of the other. Even if i eventually get a refund, it will have been many months and £100 in delivery charges. So not only fakes but the company are complete scammers.

Gucci Gazelles arrived and don’t fit. Too small. They would not refund. I sold them on eBay for same price. EBay intercepted them by telling me they were not authentic and cancelled the sale. After researching ModeKick discovered they sell FAKE trainers so beware!!!! Do not buy anything from them!!!!!!! They are good copies but sizing does not correlate and they do not issue refunds!!!!

BEWARE - I ordered 3 pair of Adidas/Gucci shoes. It has taken weeks and only one pair has been sent and they are too small. I have emailed the company several times with no response for a return authorization. I have called their number it is always busy. I was given no order number and no confirmation email was ever sent with the order. Total nightmare.

The prices do not suggest fakes as everything is sale price, so for a lot of money you end up with a crap product.
If contacted they will stop replying or simply say they have passed on your enquiry. Can’t believe they are still allowed to have the site up and running

Terrible costumer Service. I tried to cancel my order due to all the negative comments, and suddenly they are not replying any more. Please DO NOT order there!!!
