Ordered a pair of Seahawks shorts for my child who has a disability that he really wanted for the holidays and the playoffs. I placed the order, here is where it all went wrong! Never got an email of order with conf# or anything pertaining to where my money just went. I then had to contact the 3rd party who took my payment to find out about my order, they were able to give me contact information which I then reached out to the company, after a few days they finally responded saying the order has been recieved and will ship soon, I'm sorry but after paying $18 for shipping I would expect it within a week easily, after finally getting tracking information from them turns out the item is coming from CHINA!!! And it will take over 2 weeks to get if that is it even shows up, i have never had good success with anything shipping from China! Then after all that i ask for a refund, they said no wait for the item and then send back to them and then I'll get refund. I then look at my bank account and the invoice I see that they charged my bank account twice for 2 different charges and when they day they refunded me they only refunded the amount they have on invoice rather than what they charged my bank! I told them I was going to dispute it with my bank they asked me not to and wait for item and they will refund my money. I said either you give me full refund of what you took from my bank or this is going to be turned over to the fraud department at my bank, also this bad review and also have reported them to the BBB. The worst part of it all is my child who has special needs never got to wear his shorts to support his team!!

Horrible customer service! Paid for expedited shipping and didn't get it! Merchandise is HORRIBLE! don't trust this company!

Took a little longer than expected to receive my order, but I didn't realize at the outset that the seller would be shipping directly from Singapore. About 12 days after placing the order, I emailed Modecrew to inquire whether it had shipped. Modecrew responded within an hour, including a DHL tracking number. The order arrived two days later. I didn't pay for expedited shipping, so I feel that two-week turnaround isn't unreasonable. The product was a gift, and the recipient is very pleased with the sizing, style and quality of the garment.

“Processed” my order Dec. 8th, charged me $19.95 “expedited shipping,” which I didn’t request. Never charged my credit card according to my bank (whatever, but great), never received any other communication regarding my order ever again. Christmas came and went and my little son’s main gift was not given. I just emailed them today to cancel my order (just for the record) and to inform them that I would be giving them an unfavorable review as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau. Dirtbags.

I finally received my product. I am very happy with what I ordered! I do feel that this company needs some improvements with communication to its customers (tracking numbers, emails regarding processing completion, etc.) I also paid for expedited shipping and it still took 19 days from time of order to arrival. They have a great product, just need to work out the kinks in this business.

I believe this is a scam. Will be calling my credit card company to refuse charges. Will never order from them again. No customer service number to call.

DO NOT ORDER from here! It has been weeks and I paid for expedited shipping! I will be calling Better Business Bureau for they keep saying give it a couple more days! This is awful they stole money and did not send product!!

I placed an order with expedited shipping. First I was charged for more than the amount on my invoice, I thought maybe it was a hidden processing fee I might’ve missed. I emailed them asking for my tracking number. The first response said my ordered had been processed and would be shipped in two days and would receive the tracking number when it was shipped. Fast forward almost a week and I still have yet to see a tracking number.

Update: I finally received my order. After emailing them again they were able to give me a tracking number. I’m not happy that I paid expedited shipping to have poor customer service and standard delivery, but I am happy this wasn’t a scam and I did in fact receive my order.

I would say go ahead an order but do not expect a speedy delivery or tracking number. Know that you’re going into this receiving a package that’s from out of the country so the customer service is not the same. It can be frustrating. You will eventually receive the product.

Do not order from this company! I paid for expedited shipping, but they refuse to provide tracking number, they just say to trust that my order has shipped. They even charged more than I was invoiced for. I will be going to my bank to file a claim.
