MODE AUTO IS A SCAM

I purchased a product worth 2.5k on 31st Jan and it is now 4th of June, even though on their website it says it's in stock. Mode Auto have not been able to give me an ETA of my product arrival at all. Additionally they are impossible to get a hold of to contact.

This company is an absolute disgrace

This company is an absolute disgrace. I ordered a lowering link for my 2017 Mercedes S63 Coupe, and they sent me the wrong part. Fine—mistakes happen. But when I reached out to get it corrected, I was met with one of the most unprofessional, dismissive customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Instead of taking responsibility for their error and issuing a proper replacement, they flat-out refused to help. No refund, no exchange—nothing but excuses and attitude.

Now I’m stuck with parts I can’t use, time wasted, and zero support. The lack of accountability is staggering. This isn’t just poor service—it’s complete negligence and a total disregard for customers. I’ve spent good money expecting quality and professionalism, but instead I’m left dealing with incompetence and arrogance.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They do not value their customers, they do not honor their word, and they certainly don’t deserve your business.

NEVER ORDER LACK OF RESPONSE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER IN STOCK.

Ordered parts for my partners birthday, the website claims there is stock, after a few days of not shipping I emailed, No response to this day. Found a phone number only through my bank, they have no other phone number visible. The worker claimed to check and will get back to me. Made up some crap about getting the item transferred from another Warehosue. No update to my cancellation in order.

Absolutely horrible experience with…

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Ordered a set of wheel spacers for my new AMG GT63 and when they arrived I noticed that the lugs were the exact size of the OEM lugs. I contacted Mode Auto Concepts and they gave me the runaround with sending pictures, measurements and even having to remove the OEM lugs to show them a comparison. They advised to “install” them as they were the correct lugs. Not sure how theMath works, but if you have a 10mm spacer, you would assume that you’d have a lug that’s 10mm longer. I have had these parts sitting on my workbench for five weeks now with no resolution from Mode. A total waste of four hundred dollars and my time! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Exceptional product range and exceptional service!

Team Mode really take it to the next level with their online store. Not only do they have the best product range and quality they made themselves available for any assistance I required and advice on choosing the best options for my car.
Definitely the start of a long term relationship.

Do not buy from Mode Auto Concept

Company has no contact number to follow up where my item I paid for is, emailed at least 4 times and message on instagram with little to no correspondence, massively poor communication. Website says it’s in stock still no eta on dispatch or delivery. Request a refund still no response. Might as well run a scam company. They take your money and no delivery

Still waiting on my refund.

Still waiting on my refund to be processed, part was faulty.... told them it was faulty, said i had to fault find with the manufacturer, I said no i don't. That's not the case bylaw.

Put up a couple of reviews and a Instagram post, got an immediate response with prepaid postage. Now they have stopped communicating again. Poor customer service. Will be sending all the info into the ACCC for investigation.

PS....Wanted my reviews changed for my refund. I said i would say that they made good on the refund but that the product was faulty.... zero response.
