I ordered a set of tops and matching pants I got a tracking number but when it said it was delivered I received no package so I sent them an email. They promised to resend my order with expedited shipping and I continuously checked tracking number throughout this second attempt again tracking number says package was delivered again. It was not so I have sent them an email again. This time I have received no response at all. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.

Never recieved my items. Claim they shipped them twice. Once in August then in September. Showed delivered but nothing arrived. The email address they give is responsive but the replies seem sketchy. They never gave a clear response to me asking who the carrier was so a claim could be filed. I think it's all a scam. Can't believe they got me.

I wish I had of thought to goggle this fake company first. Well now we know and we need to let every person we know to post these two companies as fraudulent. I have the same stories as you'll on order items, never received. Text them and they respond back with fake responses on your delivery. I did contact bank and now reporting to the BBB. Please post on social media so others can't get scammed. Name of fake companies: Modaverity.ghtgfd.com and inquiries@aurivvis. 2 different so called companies but really the same fraudulent actions!!!

Unfortunately I googled the company AFTER purchasing the product offered via YouTube. Normally I don’t do that. I have cancelled my card- or you should at least freeze. I filed a claim with my card company to recoup my funds. As other reviewers have said and has been said: if it seems too good to be true, it is!! Yes, it’s fake/spam. Yes, they blocked me and ignored all emails. Yes, the delivery service basically updates to appear to be near.

Good evening I purchased my items on 9/5 of this year and unfortunately I was also scammed by this company modaverity. If it’s true that the ladies that are put in these videos convincing other customers to buy their products to scam them for money, should be ashamed of themselves. That should not be happening. Why are we stealing from each other? There should be a law suit against YouTube for allowing these scammers use their platform to promote their false propaganda.

Don’t order from them. They are Scammers!

I ordered in August, received a tracking number, but never received my items. I messaged customer service no response. I am thinking this is fake now, and they took my money.

I never received my package and I was given a fake tracking number!!!it’s been over a month. I’m actually pissed cus I really like the fits.

I placed an order several weeks ago. Money was taken from my checking account for my debit card; however, I never received a tracking number or my merchandise.

It has been a month sense I placed an order with them and I have not received it. The tracking will show you your items are nearly but you will not receive them. You cannot contact the company it is as if they do not exist. Please do not become a victim of this company

Scam! Off Of YouTube! Stay away from this company. Ordered my outfits took 4 weeks to track it and once in my area, said it was delivered. Liars!!! Big Scam with girl on YouTube advertising their clothes.

They say they don’t ask for reviews?? “Tell us more about your experience” is asking for reviews!

I just got ripped off by them for the eight set for only $24. The customer service number was not valid. The tracking system stated it was delivered no package. It’s definitely fraud and they should not be letting them advertise something with a QR code as well.

I normally check reviews first but the one time I didn't, I got scammed. After a month of tracking, it showed delivered, but never was. I emailed them they responded one time saying they silk check then all communication stopped.

They sent fake tracking numbers and never sent anything. FRAUDULENT

I never received my package as it has been over a month, when going on the site to track the order it say delivered but it has not been delivered, no response to the emails and no telephone number to contact, glad it was wasn’t a lot of money but $26 is a lot when you really don’t have it just to get scammed, YouTube needs to remove them from their ads!

Do not buy from Modaverity.com. I placed an order on August 7 for $52.16 and never received my items. They provide fake tracking information that eventually claims the package was "delivered." However, my home security cameras prove that no delivery truck or package ever arrived at that date and time.I attempted to contact them to resolve it, but they ignore customer service requests. I filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB Case ID: 25262603), and the BBB officially closed the case because Modaverity.com is not a registered business and cannot be physically located or contacted. They are running a total scam using fake tracking numbers to steal your money. Avoid at all costs!

I usually don’t order off these YouTube commercials but these outfits were cute for a good price, should have known better. They’re thieves been communicating with some fake ass AI transcript called customer service after three weeks still haven’t got a response or my items. I am so sick of these broke ass liars. I could have got me a seafood boil with MY money instead 🖕🏽

I ordered my outfits rush delivery on Aug 31, 2026 still have not received package but I contacted my bank and got money back. And it has a fake tracking system that is still saying my package is on the way
