Ordered some garden furniture and what arrived was 6 wrong chairs,two of which were for a dining table and all 6 were the wrong design and colour. The glass for the fire pit was smashed and the cover to keep the rain off this expensive high table and chairs didn’t arrive,spent £3500 and very disappointed.
For delivery we had a phone call,text message and email,all three had a different time for the delivery so ended up waiting in all day. Hard to speak to someone in charge,no one seems to know what’s going on. Too many departments and I ended up banging my head against the wall trying to mark them understand. Asked for photos! How can I send photos of missing chairs,too much emphasis placed on me to prove the wrong chairs and missing chairs were delivered.
So I’m here now £3500 down and wrong chairs,2 chairs missing,broken glass and no idea when it’s getting sorted?

My wife and I purchased some garden furniture from the Chelmsford store and Chrissy made us very welcome from the moment we walked into the store, she immediately sorted the parking out for us and sat us down with tea and biscuits and told us to take our time in browsing and to fetch her if we had a problem or wanted any furniture taken outside to view in daylight. Chrissy then sorted our purchase and delivery date out to our satisfaction. The furniture was delivered five days later by two lovely guys Kevin and Richard without any fuss. Ordered 5 pairs of women's khaki pants on Aug 2nd 2021 to wear for work. payment was processed but have not received any updates for tracking my order. have had 2 return emails since sending this company emails regarding my order confirming my order has bin shipped but still can't track order with modasharp that my order was given and was told order would take 15-20 days to be delivered ?!?

I purchased a ring from MODA for a Christmas present for a friend. It arrived really quickly and beautifully packaged. Really impressed with the quality of the product and the helpful customer service. Would definitely recommend.
