Absolutely appalling sold me a bike at the ideal home show so many problems and then they stopped answering my calls texts and emails opened a section75 against them and got my money back DO NOT TRUST !!!

They dont even deserve a star but you have to in order to write a review.

Purchased off a man called Dax Price who has been in trouble for football match fixing or similar to do with Brighton and Hove albion.

BUT on this occasion he was running a stall at the south of england show back in June 2023 and he convinced my husband to purchase one of MODA ELECTRIC scooters with all sorts of extras.

It was hard work getting the scooter delivered. When it was eventually delivered we had a story able how Dax Price had ripped of the company etc.
Dax Price and his partner Natalie Horsham both convently left the company and are no longer contactable.

I have tried numerous times to speak to moda electric with very little success and when I do get a response I'm told to deal with Natalie Horsham as she processed 'apparently' the paperwork

There is and never has been paperwork to say the vehicle has been imported or registered in the country.

There is no VIN number on the scooter so it's unusable and unsellable. And it's now July 2024.

DO NOT BUY, I ordered helmet summer 2023, now April 2024! they say its been dispatched!!!!
still no helmet................

I am not going to lie, it was a very painful process dealing with this company, but 6 months later than when we ordered the item, we eventually have everything we purchased.

My V5 finally arrived today 21st October, 3 months after my moped was delivered. Other than that I'm absolutely delighted with her and look forward to being able to go out on her.

We love our scooters!

I know the company had a few problems but they are now back on track.

Ordered alternative colour seats to the ones they came with and they were delivered by hand!!! Thank you Rob.

Having never ridden a motorbike or scooter, only petrol/diesel cars, it took a few safe area practice rides to get used to them but there's no stopping us now.

Updating my purchase. Ordered in Apr, bike arrived late in Aug. Now 23 Sep and no V5 Log book, i phoned DVLA and the moped has never been registered.

There was no paperwork provided with the Moped such as certificate of conformity and the VIN number which is usually under the seat has been replaced with a new seat and no VIN.

Seller still not answering phone calls, texts or Whatsapp messages so I have raised this to the police and my insurers.

The peeps at Moda are great, can't fault the service. The Roma I purchased is a fab little run around, just what I needed.
The only let down was the shipping time.... however weather and such cannot be controlled by man (although I think Natalie tried!)

These guys were totally professional from start to finish and went through everything to do with bike on delivery
The bike is fantastic and if you thinking of buying a top end electric scooter, look no further then Moda!
