UPDATE again:
I submitted a scathing review back in March.
After returning my junk items, they got returned to me after several months. As mentioned before, I did get a full refund. I reported it to my bank and changed my debit card. I think you need to fill in a special customs form to return. Regardless, this is just proof that their returns process is baloney and a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Absolute scam.

Absolute scam.
Recieved tat.
Returned tat (to China may I add)
Response tat.
'Lisa' disappeared when I looked for refund and was i referred to a mysterious management team. Report any adverts I see for them-. I'm sure they have multiple 'companies'
Also the reviews higher than 1 star are all fake. You just need to read them - the grammar is shocking and are so obviously fake like the whole set up.

Avoid buying anything from this company purporting to be from Kildare but are from China. I had a terrible experience. I bought nearly a €100 worth of stuff. When it arrived, it was cheap rubbish. When I contacted them about returning the order, they didn't seem interested in me returning the items. A long story short, I returned the items & haven't received any refund or won't. All they were doing is making up excuses that I'd get the refund so under no circumstances, don't get caught. It's a SCAM

This is not an Irish company, its chinese .The quality of jewelery is awful its only cheap tack which 8 wanted to return then the trouble starts. if you look for a refund they make you pay yourself & then tell you it's held up by customs so really you never get your money back. It even went on so long i told them to keep the money & their nonsense responses. Its a total scam steer clear

Do not buy from this site - complete scam

Don't fall for the story of this being an Irish company that's closing down. I bought 7 items to the value of €200. They arrived in about 2 weeks but we're nothing like the images on the website. Nothing but cheap crap. The returns policy is weird, as you have to email them to get an address to return items. This address is in China and my post office did not recognise it, so I couldn't send it back. I emailed Moda Kildare again and they said that the address is correct. They then offered me a refund of 20% of the value of the items, however I don't trust them now and have blocked my card for any future transactions. Don't buy from this site!

A complete scam

A complete scam. Wish I’d read these reviews before I used this company. They told me they’d charge 15% if I cancelled. I, like others thought this was an Irish company! I’m now in the process of claiming back my money with my bank.

Total scam

Total scam

Advertised as a closing down sale, location Kildare, Chinese shop called Moda Kildare. Pictures looked like authentic pieces of jewelry with returns possible. Reality, cheap jewelry from China, sent directly from China, to return products will charge a 15%restocking fee and I pay for postage myself.

Not an Irish Company - comes from CHINA

Tried to return ring only to find out I would have to return it to CHINA and have to jump through hoops to do so with the risk of the ring being destroyed. Shame on these people in Ireland giving the impression you are supporting an Irish company. having paid €25 for a ring only to discover it was on Ali Express for €3. I should have known better and looked for reviews but I thought it was a nice Irish company.

IDeceitful dishonest scam.bought jewellery from this company

I bought jewellery from this company. They were offered greatly reduced prices on a clearance sale. After several weeks and after several emails my jewellery came, FROM CHINA. It was cheap tat and unwearable because the bars on the earrings were fixed backwards and had plastic backs. I contacted the company and returned the jewellery to their China depot, by registered post costing me a further 16€ for track and trace. My purchase was made in early January.
I now have no jewellery and no refund. I emailed the company and had what appeared to be concerned and pleasant customer service. "Don't hesitate to contact us again" was their initial reply, but my last few emails were without reply.
Total scam from a deceptive, dishonest untrustworthy company. Warning to public DO NOT BUY GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY.

I felt I was totally scammed tbh the website makes out its a boutique closing down in Kildare. And the clothes are of boutique standard and as there closing down they are giving really good prices. But the reality is the quality would be better from shein or temu and 1/4 the price. Took weeks to deliver from China. They allowed me to return items to there only depot in China which cost me €53. I hope to get a full refund. The only positive at present is they replied to my emails re returns process.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Claim to be an Irish company but products come from China and are not the same products pictured. Their trust pilot review on their website shows 4.7 stars when in reality it's 1.7.
