Received my 3rd payout from Mockapital. Olivia at support is very good and fast. It's been a great experience.

Honestly didnt expect much at first but Mockapital is surprisingly good. Rules are the same as other firms and they are giving payouts without any such delays. If you are fair int trading, they are fair as well. I am happy with them.

Every thing is good

I requested a refund within one hour of purchase, without placing any trades, fully qualifying under Mockapital’s 24-hour refund policy (with a 25% deduction via the same payment method).

Despite this, the company delayed the process for a week and later stated that the refund could only be issued in cryptocurrency, which was different from the terms initially stated. After I agreed to a crypto refund, they repeatedly changed which cryptocurrency I could use, and the refund was never completed.

I ultimately contacted my card provider, who processed a full (100%) refund after Mockapital was unable to resolve the issue. Remember now company has removed the refund policy entirely.

Be aware: Mockapital previously ran a Trustpilot review campaign offering a 5% discount for leaving a review, which may affect the authenticity of some positive ratings.

Based on my experience, their customer service was unreliable, and I recommend caution. Traders should consider regulated and transparent prop firms instead.

MOCKAPITAL SCAM ALERT: My paid account was PERMANENTLY TERMINATED for a $1.65 breach, directly after their official support bot LIED, guaranteeing the failure would be a temporary pause, but it wasnt the case. A special warning to our overseas Indian and Pakistani brothers: DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP. Mockapital makes tall claims they refute anytime, operating with worst-in-class customer service and vague, predatory rules hidden between the lines. Their staff's fundamental incompetence is evident; they cannot even differentiate between the Max Drawdown and Daily Loss Limit. Their support team immediately deflected blame, calling the bot "beta" and refusing a free reset despite their admitted service failure. Be warned: the Daily Loss Limit here is a PERMANENT, IRREVERSIBLE FAILURE, and their support will actively evade responsibility. DO NOT risk your capital with their contradictory, deceptive practices. Reporting it to all the concerned authorities in UAE as well.

CHATGPT generic replies cant help you Mockapital. You have done the damage to your own reputation. Also, I do have the screenshots of the worst customer service ever. Not every customer of yours is ignorant of their rights. Learn how to do business first in the trading world.

You have clearly voilated the 14B condition of Visa Cards as well, which comes under misleading the customer through your live platform. Over the emails they told me the bot gave you wrong information because it was on trial, such a joke that they deployed their testing bots on live website without accuracy which led to the confusion. Such a shame that instead of apologizing they are mocking at the hard earned money of the traders. Such a low. Not expected. I wish I could rate them minus 1000.

I repeat, they tried to flagged this review but little that they know that trustpilot isnt Mockapital to ripp off their customers. Such a shame.

There customer service is zero, I would give zero rating for customer dealing. When you email, you won't get any response. They have excessive features model to just charge more and your dedication to get the trade effort will be ruined by just one breach based on so called "Rules". I'm working with many other prop firms, The genuine prop firms appreciates the trading style with proper risk management. This prop firm doesn't care about that at all and I am not sure how heavy payouts will be handled. I will definitely not recommend this prop firm for long term trade. Where's the trade Rules transparently mentioned during the purchase or on website? No-one read Terms & Conditions. Other prop firms always give non-chargeable swing trade feature to clearly promote long-term professional traders. Here you'll see 20% additional charge for not only Swing trade but keep on adding 20% for more flexible trader and earn more. This clearly shows traders has to bear the price for everything and questions mark on integrity on long term payouts.
You will notice here, Because of public rating they will response here immediately but others also have complaint, on live-chat or emails you'll be ignored.

Mockapital is an emerging prop trading firm. It's customer support is very active. It's platform is user-friendly. Especially there rules are transparent and challenge fees are affordable.

Yes it is bit different from others in away that it allows and give options of news trading, holding trades over night /weekends, swap free accounts and many more. Still not able to get any payouts which will be coming soon, then will update my review abt their payment policy
