Really disappointing

Really disappointing. Avoid like the plague!
I ordered a personalised map over 3 weeks ago and they quoted 3-5 days for delivery at the time. I still haven’t received my item which was going to be a Christmas gift.
I sent several emails and they said it was the rush from the Black Friday and said would ship it. They sent me tracking for the delivery however they still haven’t handed it over to the courier and they’re not even responding to emails anymore.
Very unprofessional and this must be the most disappoints and frustrating purchase I have ever made.

Hi,

We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your experience. As this was a personalised item, there was additional time required for the design and proofing process before production. Around this time we were also experiencing a very high volume of orders following Black Friday, which unfortunately caused some delays.

Tracking can sometimes take a little time to show the first scan after collection, which can make it appear as though the parcel has not yet been handed over to the courier.

However, we can see the order was delivered and arrived in time for Christmas. We’re sorry if the delay and tracking updates caused concern, and we do appreciate your continued support since then.

I ordered some slippers for my…

I ordered some slippers for my granddaughter they were taking so long to come.so I emailed them they said they have been shipped so I've been tracking the parcel and the delivery company still havent received them so they lied to me very poor service won't be buying from them again
