Mocha property were absolutely amazing.

I had the best time in my apartment. The communication prior, during and after the tenancy was always prompt, approachable, caring and respectful. I only moved as we had to upscale, but I will truly miss this apartment. When I escalated maintenance issues they organised appropriately and in timely manner. Cannot say anything but praise about the whole team.

I can’t be more grateful with the property we are renting. Charley and Lauren have been fantastic throughout the process, they are super responsive and quick to get back to any questions or concerns. We made an enquiry, and within about a week, we were all settled in. The apartment is exactly as described, beautifully furnished, and ready to move in. Have nothing bad to say about Mocha Properties. We had the pleasure of working with Charley and she was absolutely excellent throughout the whole process. Great communication and no issues within the property whatsoever. At the start of the tenancy we noticed some Mice getting in the flat but within 24 hours of flagging the issue it was all sorted. Can’t recommend highly enough!

As a tenant, Mocha Property took over the management of my property from another agency, and the difference is night and day! I've been under them for around 6 months now with Charley as my point of contact - she's always on top of her game. My previous agency made a couple of administrative errors which Charley discovered, and we promptly dealt with together over email, and when I've had maintenance queries I have always heard back promptly with a warm and keen attitude to resolving my issue. I don't feel ignored or a burden when I raise issues, so I can't recommend Mocha and specifically Charley enough!

Mocha have been excellent since I started rented with them in July 2024. The property was clean, well kept and decorated immaculately. All appliances in my fully furnished property are modern, in full working order & brand new. When I had a slight problem with blinds in the property, Charley immediately listened to my concerns & rectified the problem for. Thoroughly enjoying residing on staying in the property and plan to stay there for a long time.
