Only received half of my order

I received my K2 in a timely manner by Royal Mail but my sodium tablets were sent with a delivery man and never turned up. The tracker said my parcel had been placed behind the bin, even though I have an outbuilding right next to the bin, and it was not there when I looked for it. ☹️

Great products, prices & customer care

I have been a customer of Mobu since 2021 and am very satisfied with all of the products I have received, particularly the Turmeric & Black Pepper capsules which keep my arthritic pain at bay, and the Gingko Biloba helps me with my memory and keeping my mind sharp.
Mobu Customer Services are extremely helpful and friendly, and work hard to make your shopping experience a happy one. Thanks Mo for sorting out my ordering issue.

Would not recommend

Would not recommend. Ordered two items in the 19th jan, received order 9 days later with one item missing. Automatically asked for a refund but was not given that option as a replacement had already been sent out. Still not yet received after advised by Mo it would be with me last week so again asked for a refund only to be told to wait longer for it to arrive. Will not be ordering from this company again and do not recommend.

Just to reply you sent out a replacement order due to one of my items not being packed not because of delay in postage. You also only offered a refund after asking me to remove my review on here.

You sent out a replacement order due to your company not sending one of the items I paid for. I then contacted you asking for a refund due to being unable to wait for another delivery to which you replied give it more time. You only offered me a refund when I posted this review. Pointless going back and forth. I’d also like to say I’ve had no proof refund has been issued either. Great customer service 👌

In first instance we send out a replacement item if our courier hasn't delivered the order or they are severely delayed. This is why we sent out a replacement order for you.

I have processed a full refund for you based on this experience you've had with us and we will take the feedback onboard.

We have proof of postage for all shipments and also the refund processed - happy to send over if needed via email.

I asked if you'd be happy to amend the feedback left for us based on the resolution provided which was a full refund. We also sent out the replacement order free of charge.

Great company, great communications, great product.

Mobu are a great company, but were let down by the poor service from Royal Mail who took just under 3 weeks to deliver my purchase.
Mo@Mobu has more than remedied that poor experience for me.
I will definitely be shopping with Mobu again.

Be wary

Be wary, made an order a week ago, tracking is useless, it says tracking is not available until Royal Mail has made an attempt to deliver????.. Anyhow there is absolutely no way of speaking to this lot on the phone, there is no option to call them. Instead only a messaging service that'll take days to get a reply back from, received a reply today from them saying 'Give it another week' and if your purchase doesn't arrive we'll happily reimburse you. 🤔

We use Royal Mail 24 for delivery, sadly this service is not fully tracked and will only update when an attempt for delivery is made by Royal Mail.

Rest assured your order was dispatched promptly by our team. Sometimes deliveries can be delayed due to Royal Mail delays which are out of our control.

If the order doesn't reach you in the timeframe suggested we will be happy to send out a replacement or offer a full refund.

We do not operate over the weekends as we give the team a much needed break so we can't answer messages then. We replied back as soon as we could.

Style over substance. Don't bother.

Instant puts my back up when the first line on the packaging is begging for a review, but here I am. Bought creatine capsules for travel and preferred pouch to plastic so chose Mobu. Can't stand the cutesy branding and the meaningless marketing guff ("We strive to source and manufacture the highest quality etc" is utterly fact and content-free). Meanwhile the font used for the actual product information is tiny.

THE REAL DEAL

Your FAST FLUSH Niacin tablets are so strong I ran over to A&E thinking I was going into anaphylactic shock. They asked if I’d taken any new medications, then I remembered and felt a right wally as I watched my skin turn back from beetroot to white. True story, strong stuff.

Happy returning customer

We got the MOBU B Complex. Happy with these. Easy to swallow. Good dose. Good price. The company are great to deal with and we trust the quality of their products. I have just also purchased their Lutein supplement for eye health support. I'm yet to start on them though. Meanwhile, our mainly vegan bodies are grateful for our B Complex.
