I got the insurance free via my work benefits. They replaced my phone with a refurbed phone which looked brand new to me. Excess was £100. I know excess seems high but my phone would have been 400 so saved 300 on a new one. Phone replaced in 3 days

I have been trying to claim for a…
I have been trying to claim for a robbed phone i had insuranced with Mobiru more than 5 months ago. I have not been able to get clear help on what it could be done, i need to provide docs that the phone carrier cannot provide to me ( i'm on a pay as you go ) and still no help. I don' t see the point of having insurance when in time of need there is nothing that is done to help. Would definitely recommend anything but Mobiru
