Before Christmas i order a phone. I use svea that i can pay it per 3 months. But I didn't signed contract... i write so many letters to mobilkjop and ask to cancel what i order. Now its 2 months silence from mobilkjop. And "svea" ask me to pay for phone. And its left one month to puy all cost. But i didn't even get that phone... i didn't signed contract... in website of mobilkjop they write that my order is send. But when i check in posten they say that they waiting from sender. So why mobilkjop is silent why they didn't answer to me? I ask 3 times to cancel and there is no answer no phone just a notification that i need to pay and it left one month to pay and what will be after??? "Svea" raise amount because i didn't pay???? But i didn't get my order at all. I think i need to ask police what to do.

Basing on my experience with mobilkjop.no I assume they run kind of quazi-bank activity. They holding clients money for about 2..3 months and sending back without any interest of course.

I ordered an iphone which was shown "in stock".
I only got the order confirmation and nothing further.
No reactions on emails.
Always I had to phone where I had to hear "excuses" - lies. "Has send it 2 times, must have tomorrow" ...
After 14 days I got a shipping number which was never shown as really actually send out - never scanned by post.
Another 14 days later I canceled my order and asked mobilkjop to refund.
No reaction ...
After more than 30 days I had to open a credit card complainent on the DNB bank.
They send the case to VISA which can last up to 60 days.
After altogether 45 days also from the bank no money returned.
It seems I have to contact the police ...

The answer of mobilkjøp here under my claim from 31. Dez. 2022 contains more lies ...
Yes I got my money back after claiming my bank and the credit card company.
Without any apologies or even a simple email from mobilkjøp ...
It's most likely the money was returned by the credit card company and not by mobilkjøp.
But now it seems the page of mobilkjøp is shut down.

I order airpods in October and I call them to cancel my order ,they told me they will contact economi and call me back but they didn't. I called next day and they told me they will refund me but I didn't get any refund its 2 weeks now .They don't answering mails and phone only if you are lucky
It's a scam.
I will go to police to report this

I have ordered apple airpod max from this site. It’s been a month they were not able to send it. They have all sorts of different excuses and today they promised to deliver the product on my doorstep since according to them Bring has been returning my parcel back to the warehouse. This website is a complete scam. Please do not use this. I hope they return my money or I am taking to forbruksradet.
