Purchased a Golden Buzzaround GB 120 for two cruises we had booked.
This scooter preformed badly on the first cruise. Shut down twice, once away from the ship and once in the dining room. Also batteries drains rapidly on more than a few times on the cruise.
Upon returning I informed Mobility Direct and tried to return the scooter before embarking on our second cruise
After many unreturned calls and emails I finally was contacted by their customer service who advised me that there would be a $360 restocking fee for. Returning a defective scooter.
I rate the salesman a 10 and their customer service a 1 at best.
Purchased new batteries for my GoGo elite Traveler for the second cruise and had 0 problems.

Mobility kart is scam. I brought tricycle for my daughter for 19,999. When I checked it it is not more than toy. it worth not more than 3-4 thousand rupees . Make in india is always comedy (sorry to say) . People never gain trust.

I have only rave reviews about this company and the people who work there! They made everything simple, efficient and awesome. We love our scooters! They were delivered in perfect condition, on the day they were promised so we could leave on our vacation the next day. The scooters were flawless. They are sturdy and dependable! We take them everywhere we need to be; ball games, shopping, and on picnics. This was one of the very best decisions we have ever made for my 91 and 87 year old parents. I am only 63 but I had to buy a Revo so I could keep up with them. We are completely happy!

I spent countless hours researching mobility scooters before choosing the Golden Buzzaround Carry-On HD GB220, which I purchased from Mobility Direct—and I’m so glad I did. This scooter has truly changed my daily life and business travel. I’m a frequent traveler for work, and the larger battery handled a full day trip from Winnipeg to New Jersey via Toronto without issue.
Since getting it, I’ve been able to enjoy concerts, attend four NHL games, and even make casino trips with friends. It’s given me my social life back.
I chose Mobility Direct because their online videos were incredibly helpful and trustworthy. My scooter was on back order when I ordered it, but they kept me updated every step of the way, and it arrived exactly when promised. Their follow-up service afterward was just as impressive.

When I was searching for a power chair, I wasn't sure about the type or features I needed. The staff at Mobility Scooters took the time to answer all my questions. Ultimately, I chose the Jazzy model, which fits my needs perfectly. A few months later, I accidentally damaged the arms, but I was able to easily order two replacement parts. I would highly recommend Mobility scooters, and check their YouTube channel very informative.
When i called to order this it was a great experience. She was so very helpful. After that it took forever. There was a problem getting the battery from the factory but once it was corrected they shipped it no problem. It works great. I use it neatly every single day. The battery doesn't last a long as I would hope but it run great and I've had no trouble.. I got the afikim c4 with a roof and windshield.. looking forward to using it this winter..

I spent many hours reviewing pros and cons of various scooters available and companies to purchase same.
Mobility Scooters Direct completely fullfilled my needs in providing the most videos that helped in my decision.
I decided on an Afkim C4 scooter. The price was negotiated to my satisfaction, the sales personnel were helpful,personable and knowledable.
I could not be more satisfied with my purchase. The scooter has performedf well, so far no problems what so ever.
I realize this sounds too good to be true but I could not be more satisfied.

The part I would like to review was ordered and PAID FOR over 30 days ago...STILL NO PART...a $45 including shipping, is apparently still on backorder...with no estimated fulfillment date available.
Do you get that? A $45 plastic part that was broken when the charger cord was pulled in the wrong direction...that $45 part has rendered a $2000+ mobility cart USELESS...actually WORSE THAN USELESS...the cart cannot move except by taking off the brake, manually and then physically pushing the cart out of the way...a tricky operation for someone that needs a mobility cart to get around !!!
If the plastic lever breaks often, then a bigger number of them should be on-hand for purchase...If the part rarely breaks it should be EASY TO KEEP IN STOCK !

I’ve only been using my Pride Mobility Go Chair for a few weeks but it has been the best few weeks I’ve had in a long time.
To start with, I had initially made inquiry of some electric chairs from another company along with Mobility Direct. The other company took a day to respond back to me. And lost the sale because Mobility direct contacted me immediately. The excellent representative was able to answer all my questions (I’ve never used an electric chair) and was so friendly and accommodating without being pushy.
The shipping department contacted me after just to confirm my address and give me receiving instructions and a contact person. Wow. The site says the chair would be received in a few weeks but I received it a week later.
I was concerned about putting it together but it was so easy with very few parts.
I have severe lung issues and it’s been almost impossible for me to get around to get food, self care, etc. This chair has made that possible again. I’m so happy with this purchase so far. I have yet to see how long the battery will continue to maintain its charge or if other things, like the arm controller, will burn out fast but at this point I am impressed with the professionalism of the company and merchandise quality.

After trying out the Jazzy Carbon with a local medical company and receiving what I thought was a high quote, I checked out Mobility Scooters Direct. I had several phone conversations with Anton regarding the Jazzy Ulta Light and the Jazzy Carbon. I ultimately decided on the Ulta Light. While it was more expensive than the Mobility Scooter's price on the Jazzy Carbon, it was still $600 cheaper after applying the promotional discount I received from Mobility Scooters Direct, compared to the local medical supply company's price on the older model Jazzy Carbon. I highly recommend Anton and Mobility Scooters Direct.

Pour communication, sold me 100 hr. battery
received a 92 hr. battery.
charger says its good up to 80 hrs. not 100 hrs.
lift would not reach the ground had to order and pay separately for a 4" drop piece, was not credited for the one that came with it.
bought the walker carrier, and the rear basket
can only use one, ask to trade the rear basket for a front basket no reply from the help email.
bought the cover for the scooter it shredded on the highway 100 miles down the road,
the Scotter is great powerful,

My husband and I had very positive experiences with Mobility Direct. We found their website very easy to navigate. After receiving the wheelchair of our choice, we discovered a crack caused during shipping. With the help of Terry Gian, who was very professional and competent, we had all instructions to get the wheelchair picked up for returns. Before even sending it back, they had shipped us a brand new one and it is perfect! We recommend this company and the ultra-light, carbon fiber, Jazzy wheelchair!

My speedometer/odometer stopped working correctly. Found the device attached to the rear axle was broken. After a futile search for the part, the local mobility store repair person recommended Mobility direct for parts.
I called and got Tony. He asked clarifying questions, but was unable to find the part I was looking for. He had me take a couple of pictures of the broken part and he contacted the scooter manufacturer and with the aid of the pictures, were able to identify the correct part.
Tony provided multiple methods for ordering the part. Once the part was ordered, I received a follow-up the next day from the shipping department and received, and installed the part 4 days later. Total elapsed time from part breakage to replaced and operational - 8 days.
That was awesome customer service.
