I didn’t believe the delivery was so quick the chair was only half of the weight from my previous mobility electric wheelchair thank you very much iI am waiting for the sofa back in stock then I will order one thank you

The wheelchair is fantastic quality and we decided we would like an extra battery just in case. They were out of stock but we were put on a list and as promised contacted as soon as they were available again. We received the spare battery 2 days after being notified. The wheelchair was delivered the day after ordering! Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

This was my first experience of dealing with MobilityPlus as I had purchased a wheelchair supplied by them previously.

They assisted me with information and a video on how to use the wheel chair together with a spare battery in an extremely efficient manner, thanks to all the team especially Maddy who was most helpful.

Hi there I'm really happy with the Ultra Electric Wheelchair I'm so happy I choose it, did not think I'd end up using a wheelchair in my entire life but it's happened.
I have to get to know my chair using it where ever I go now i hope it brings me the most in life, marvellous and wonderful, but I must say the delivery wasn't happy at all about this the person or persons delivery just left the large box parcel outside my front door,
How did he expect me to lift up the box such a big item all by myself, what he should have done his place the large box with the wheelchair inside box, into my home for which he did not do, disgusting he gets paid for his work, I expect large parcels or small to be delivered correctly. Puts Costumers off !!!!!!!!

Whilst visiting my son in Derbyshire, in March, from the Scottish Highlands, my 16 year old power chair decided it was time to retire. I had been looking on the MotabilityPlus website prior to this, and was thinking of a replacement for my old power chair. My husband and myself visited the MotabilityPlus showroom in Worksop and was greeted by Carol, she was busy with another customer at the time, and suggested we have a look around the showroom while we waited. Once Carol had finished with the customer, she immediately came over to us to help with our choice of power chairs, giving us information about them, she then brought a power chair for me to try. I tested the power chair on the pavement near the showroom, then Carol took me to the testing track, which was inside the showroom, to try the power chairs on there. The test track had different surfaces, gravel, wood chipping, and a flat surface. It also had a slope and a step, they had definitely thought about every eventuality when the track was made. I was so impressed with how the power chair responded, both outside on the pavement and on the test track. I decided to purchase the Motabilityplus+ Ultra-light Instant folding power chair, in Crimson red. The colour is beautiful and so many people have commented on how lovely it is. I also purchased a 2nd battery, which will now give me a range of 26 miles. I find the power chair very easy to handle, it is very comfortable, even without any extra cushions which I use to use on my old power chair. The power chair is easy to fold and light enough for my husband to lift when putting it in the car. Im very pleased with my purchase and would recommend the power chair to anyone who is looking to buy a new one. The service that Carol provided was excellent, she gave me good information and advice and didn't rush through any of the process. Thank you Carol for all the help you provided, I would definitely recommend you. The showroom had only been open a few months, it was clean bright and tidy. My experience from entering the showroom to leaving the showroom was excellent, five stars for both Carol and the power chair. 😊 Best wishes Debra

Delighted with design of new wheelie. Compared with old one is like a Ferrari to an Austin 7.

Ordering was easy, delivery prompt and at the right time, the rollator is sturdy, manoeuvrable, fold up nicely and is so convenient with the bag and stick holder. My brother is really delighted.

Hotel is great. Old and probmatic smelly room but livable. Staff are mostly great

The walker is brilliant . Not sure on colour tho . It is meant to be champagne colour. It's more metallic lime green which is dissapointing . I did choose champagne to be a bit girly . But no . Otherwise ideal

This is the only company where we were able to purchase all the necessary parts for our electric wheelchair. They respond to inquiries and provide information very quickly. We've used them several times for assistance, and each time we've received assistance with our purchase. The time from order to delivery is very short.

I have my schooter for over a year and I can now say it's absolutely great. First of all, it's sturdy, I am a 250lb 5'8" lady and this schooter has carried me everywhere. By now I've been to Malaga, Spain. I've traveled with trains. And when my schooter broke down and my local shop refused to help me, cause I bought it on the internet (!!!) I discovered all I needed to do was to actually call the company. They literally talked me through everything, they have a service centre, they can deliver parts and incase it's completely bad, they can even collect it and fix it. After that I feel like I have no fears any more. Also, took me a bit figuring out but now I'm a pro of putting it apart myself and can go with a taxi or a car if I have to. Unfortunately I don't drive myself and no one in my household, but still a good option to have.
Anyways, it is a very good compact schooter and considerably robust for it's size. The only tiniest complain would be that the steering wheel is a bit on the stiffer side and can be hard if you have arthritic hands. Also, pressing the button all the time for going can be tiring. And also that the wheel is a circle, I wish it had a gap to be able to hang small things on, or to put on attachments like a mobile phone holder, though I figured that one out in the end. So yes, the wheel for me is the only problematic area, otherwise I love it. It's my freedom, my buddy, my extra pair of hands!

Got my Ranger xl powerchair from here and very pleased with the delivery 😀. Customer service is very helpful and love my new powerchair .
