Product first class. Let down by delivery. Had to alter my arrangements for a delivery on Friday but it didn’t come,no messages to say there was a problem. Arrived Saturday after I chased it Saturday to be told it was coming Monday. Does all I wanted and folded up nicely and fits in car boot. Would be 5 stars but for inconvenience caused by no show on Friday

Delivery was quick, the rollator is for my mum and she absolutely loves it, she said its like a rolls Royce compared to her old one.

Delivery was next day. I have bought from them before and it was a good item so was not disappointed this time. Would shop there again if I need an aid

Sent an email query which was answered very promptly.
Delivery service was very good, and arrived quickly with regular updates.
The walker was easy to put together, lovely and light and easy to use. It gives me so much more confidence to be out and about.

Ordering process was very easy and the delivery date and delivery was very good.

Very helpful staff, I live in France but due to a trip to visit friends and family in England we asked if my new wheelchair could be delivered to my daughter’s address, No problem I was told how great is that! I just received a message from my daughter to say the wheelchair had arrived and everything is perfect I have bought from Mobility plus in the past and can only say they are an excellent company along with the delivery company they use, I cannot praise them both enough and highly recommend them to anyone who might need their services.

The order was put in in the afternoon and the rollator was delivered the next day. I was informed about my order throughout.
The rollator is excellent. Took minimal assembly and was ready to use straight away.

I sometimes get skeptical ordering online, a company I was not aware of, ordered a scooter for my mum.

But I want to say they have been absolutely brilliant, fantastic customer service from Dan and his support, and after sales. Even down to delivery service.
