I needed a replacement charger urgently and Mobility Pitstop absolutely delivered. They had the charger in stock and dispatched it as soon as my order was placed, which made a huge difference.
Next‑day delivery via DPD was spot on and arrived exactly when promised. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.
What really stood out was the customer experience — their phone support was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, and the website was clear and easy to navigate, making ordering quick and stress‑free.

My Dads scooter has been unused in a long time. He was keen to get out on it in the Spring (Now) i found the website for MobilityPitstop easy to find and navigate.
I bought a battery bundle and it was not only very well packaged, but it arrived a day earlier than expected BRILLIANT. The batteries were fully charged. fitted by me, tested and my 81 year old dad is elated. Thank you

Just before xmas I needed to go out on my scooter. The battery seemed to be failing. I found mobility pitstop and spoke to a wonderful gentleman called Rob who helped me out enormously and got them to me the following day. As it happens the issue was not to do with the battery but with the electrics. Mobility Pitstop were more than happy for me to return the batteries and refund me. I am delighted with the customer service. I will not hesitate to use them in the future if I need anything else for my scooter.

I purchased some new solid tyres for my Pride Mobility Scooter and they were delivered in a week. Will definitely be using this company again if I need any other stuff.
Also their price was hard to beat.

Superfast service to the Channel Islands.
I ordered new batteries for a mobility scooter on Monday, and they were delivered to the Channel Islands on Thursday afternoon. VAT is not applicable in the Channel Islands, but many companies make this very awkward to deal with. Mobility Pitstop remove it automatically on their checkout page!
Excellent service throughout, and kept fully informed of progress via email.

My mother bought some wheels and they are exactly as described and in the picture with new tyres ect. But no where in the box was there any notice/warning that there would be a metal Half moon bit that would come out. Please put a reminder or letter or even write it on the box for future reference. As you will create alot of issues for scooter owners if you do not. A simple job today turned into a few hours looking for a metal bit that no one would know about!

I bought some tires recently from Motability pitstop and therefore they had to even left the house when my wheelchair was parked up overnight. They would leave yellow stains on the lino. This has continued to do it through this day and therefore my whole house floor is now ruined. I have cleaned my wheels with multiple different things, and it’s still not worked.

I have then messaged Motability pitstop to tell them about this when they quite bluntly advised me to use vinyl cleaner which I purchased and it did not work. When I told the company about this latest. Advise me to get somebody to come and clean my floor and tires, which I have already done with almost everything I can think of and does not work. However, I feel like this was extremely blunt and not at all considerate I won’t be using them ever again

I am having some difficulty with mobility pitstop.

I am a new customer, and purchased 2 mobility scooter batteries in May this year. They are already failing - I now can't go much more than a mile on my scooter on a full overnight charge without almost all the console lights going out one by one.

I contacted the company, who said they would need to collect the batteries, test them, replace them if faulty or charge me £60 if not. This will take approximately a week or so.

I explained I will be housebound without my scooter for so long but they said there is nothing else they can do.

I don't know what to do now, I would have expected the batteries to last a lot longer than 6 months like all my previous ones have - I have used a scooter for over 12 years. It appears that my only option is to buy new batteries to keep me mobile.

This does not seem to me to be adequate customer service after the company have been informed of a battery failure after just a few months of use.

My wife has been recently disabled so the world of wheelchair living is rather new to us. We have solid tyres, and due to spinal surgery, where every impact feels like a jarring shock to her, we wanted to try air tyres. Priced really reasonably. Great communication when I ordered. And arrived very swiftly by DPD. Great service and highly recommended!

Tbh this shop is easy to get stuff for your wheelchair when you can work out what you are looking for the only reason im giving a 1star is the cheek of the voucher £10 off when you spend a £100 no issues with that the only issue is you only have 30 days to use it, ive just purchased tyres and inner tubes 2 sets so they will last a hell of alot longer than 30days the voucher should have a sensible expiration considering i just spent over 100 on them you want me to spend another 100 to get my stuff for 90 in the 30 days now anyone on pip or dla thats over a quarter of what they get paid fink u guys need to be a bit more willing for customers with disabilitys considering nearly everyone in a wheelchair is in it for life not jist for christmas

My wife required 4 new tyres for her TGA Vita Lite. We were told about a 4 day delivery, but we received them the next day. The chap on the phone was very friendly and helpful and the price very competitive.
Excellent service and shall be our go-to in the future 👍

Really helpful guys. Great price as well. Helped me get the correct battery and arranged delivery for the next day. Package arrived on time and is working well. Would recommend this company and will be using again. :)
