Best investment in yourself
I started Muay Thai a few months ago and realised my lack of mobility was holding me back. High kicks felt impossible, my hips were weak and tight, and I got very sore from training.
I found Mobility For Fighting while looking for mobility routines that actually made sense for Muay Thai. What stood out was that everything is built around movements you use in training, rather than random stretches with no clear purpose. And that it wasn’t hour long sessions.
The lessons are easy to follow, and I like knowing why I’m doing each exercise instead of copying along without understanding it. After a few weeks, my kicks feel smoother, I can kick very noticeably higher and I recover much better between sessions.
And a surprise plus, is that I’m much more confident than in class. I’m no longer worrying about whether my body can produce the techniques coach is asking for. I can focus on learning.
If you’re new to striking and want to move better from the start, this is one of the best investments you can make.
You get a lot of value for your time and investment.
