Be Careful With Address By Not Even Ordering In The First Place
Despite being a Luxembourg website, and the website specifying it will be delivered in Luxembourg, AND no option to put country in address, this led to Mobilier.lu instructing the delivery partner that our address was for Belgium.
Well, of course they didn't find our address as we are in Luxembourg. Yet somehow, Mobilier.lu assumed to guess the address for nearly EUR 1,000 worth of product. Amazingly, even the delivery partner managed to get it through the sorting office and determined Belgium was the correct country (how?). Our address does not exist in Belgium at all. Not even street name.
Not good enough in this day and age. Wouldn't bother wasting your time. "We're looking for ways to improve our service" is not good enough for a company who heavily relies on good logistics. Speaks a lot about the core principles of Mobilier.lu and its management.
Sorry but cannot recommend. First and last time ordering.

Our system correctly recorded your address in Luxembourg, but the transport partner's automated sorting software incorrectly flagged your postal code as a Belgian route. We are currently addressing this failure with their management to ensure their "auto-correction" logic never overrides our customer data again.
While the error originated with the carrier’s software, we take full responsibility for the frustration caused. We understand that for an order of nearly €1,000, you expect flawless logistics.

The bed was delivered in a given timeline. There was communication on the delivery and the delivery itself was quick and smooth. The bed is well made in Poland, colour as in the pictures. I managed to assemble it myself although second pair of hands would be nice to have.

TV table accessories error
When I installed it, there was a problem with the gas arm, and despite my attempts, I failed. When I contacted the company, their response was slow and took several days until they told me that the gas arm was the problem and that they would send me a replacement within ten to twenty days!!!! Until now, the product is on the floor of the house and I cannot remove it. Here I am waiting for about twenty days and I do not know after that if the problem will be solved or not!!!
