Appointments continues to be cancelled to setup internet
Had Mobile Vikings for a year and was overall happy with the service. However, I have recently moved and scheduled an appointment to set up my new internet over a month in advance. Mobile Vikings repeatedly keep cancelling my appointments and making me ask for a new appointment, constantly pushing the setup by a week. I have now moved in without internet and Mobile Vikings is still unable to setup an appointment. I called to get support and the call center utterly incapable of providing any help and simply asked us to keep scheduling appointments.
Unacceptable way to treat a costumer...

We took an appointment for internet more than a month before our move. It was confirmed. 2 days before the appointment we received an email from Mobile Vikings telling us in a lighthearted tone that unfortunately they needed to first obtain a permit and that this takes 12 working days. And asking us to give us some dates after that period. This leaves us with no internet at our new place for at least 3 weeks, while the company had more than a month to obtain this permit. A really miserable customer experience.

I usually paid my invoices on time, but after one late payment, they slowed my internet so much I couldn’t complete daily tasks. They blocked mobile communication, forcing email-only contact with very slow replies. Poor service and disrespectful treatment — I don’t recommend this company.

I was looking for a new provider, and Mobile Vikings had the best offers, so i contacted them to see if I have a compatible box.
I tried twice, both times I did not receive a proper answer for that very simple question.
The second time i tried, the reply i received was just ridiculous. An automated pile of words didn't make any sense.
Just imagine having a technical problem and trying to solve it with such support. You are doomed.

Used their service for one month, meanwhile i was still paying for it 6 months later. I stopped paying it but now they're still asking for 2 payments.
Now I get a letter at home saying they're going to take me to court over 78 euros, when i wasn't even using their service WHILE STILL PAYING FOR IT FOR 6 MONTHS

Ordered internet 2 weeks prior moving in my new appartement.
The date of the installation comes, I take a day off to be available. No body shows up. I get a notification that I need to reschedule.
I reschedule. First day 2 weeks later. Take another day off. No body shows up.
Now I need to reschedule AGAIN. It's been 40 days I am without internet and their customer service is outsourced to countries that have no power to change anything.
All I can do is reschedule ad infinitum. This is awful and frustrating. This costs me so much time and money to deal with as I take days off for this.

A fair price for a good service. No complaints whatsoever.
I was charged for data in roaming 5 times (!). (For given day and hour the same number of used MBs appeared 5 times in the usage and charge information). The reply to my complaint? "I can indeed clearly see that this (charge) is for the same data multiple times. Unfortunately, we as a provider have no influence over this, and we can't adjust this for you."
The questions "who does and can" remains unanswered.
More than seven weeks and over 50 reminders to Clients service. I was tempted to give only one star if any at all because of its Clients "service", which is the worst that I have come across so far. It took more than seven weeks and more than 50 reminders to finally get a reaction that proves, if at all necessary, that its "service" has not even bothered to read any of the reminders. There is a service in support of consumers, which is "Test Achat". When this service gives its blessing to a particular company, it is used as publicity. Mobile Viking may be a good company when it comes to package deals, but for clients like myself who only opt for pre-paid credit, getting attention from its Clients "service" is virtually mission impossible. It claims that it is possible to contact the Clients "Service" through Whatsapp (+32 456130693). This is pure fabrication.
In its message of 11 April 2025, it has the impudence and impertinence to request the details of the problem that I was having with my SIM card, which clearly shows that it has completely ignored the contents of my request and the more than 50 reminders sent. I have never known such a disgraceful Clients "service", and I cannot imagine any other that is worse.
Deceptive, careless, and borderline extortion.
They told me they’d cancel a SIM card that never worked — they didn’t. Five months of silent charges later, they shut off my actual number and refused to turn it back on unless I paid for their error. No warning, no apology, just a demand. I had no choice but to pay. Now they refuse to refund me. This is either gross incompetence or deliberate fraud. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, or sanity.
