I have ordered a sim card, and for two weeks I didn't receive it, and no response from the customer service, one of the useless and unprofessional company.
Final update: After 5 appointment and the mediation by the telecom ombuds, I have finally internet.
Additionally they offered compensation (+1 star for that).

COMPLAINT:
Installation gone wrong 4 times and counting.
1) Booked a new internet at home installation 2 weeks in advance... no-one showed up.
2) Booked a second one, a wrong technician showed up who cannot install an access point.
3) Booked a third time after being reassured they will send the right technician, again a wrong technician showed up who cannot install an access point. He also did not have a new modem with him.
Received 200gb of data as compensation for now, but that does not help a lot when the mobile coverage in my area is not the best.
4) After calling multiple times, today 25th Sep (around 50 days after my initial appointment request), the same technician calls me and tells me that he wont be able to do anything so he cancels the appointment.
20min later another technician is at my doorstep, I let him in and he starts installing everything only to find out that he cannot activate the connection because they have cancelled the order. (probably because the previous technician called it off)
So now we wait for Mobile Vikings to sort this out and I hope to receive a message from the last technician asap.
What do I need to do to get internet at home???
This has to be the worst customer experience I have ever had.
Installation planned 3 weeks in advance: no show without any notice, helpdesk unaware of anything (after 20’ waiting time). No contact initiated by Mobile Vikings after their ‘missed’ installation. In summary, no respect for (new) clients.
At my first appointment we couldnt find the outlet for the internet so the installer said he would reschedule my appointment for me , come a week later I learned he never ducking did. Now at my second appointment , my phone died while he was calling at the anwser to that was to reschedule again instead of actually showing up or calling again.
It doesn't help its foreigners that are working for the third party installer.
Mobile Vikings is a great and very trustworthy service with almost no disruptions.
I've placed a request to transfer a mobile phone on an e-sim 10 days ago, and had multiple contacts with the helpdesk. There is no progress they keep asking me the same questions. I don't know if it's due to the holidays but this is very disappointing.
We made an appointment, last-minute cancellation. Made a second appointment, again cancellation. We always have to wait a week to get a new appointment and nobody shows up.

Price is great, being a MVNO on Proximus jeans coverage is good, please stop spamming me for internet connections, the Proximus VDSL/2 network suxs and we've got not fiber.

De klantenservice was slecht, en ze deden niet eens moeite.
Ik geloof dat de persoon die verantwoordelijk was voor de installatie bij mij thuis verkeerde instellingen heeft gemaakt, en ons internet werkte niet correct.
Ik had eerder een contract met Proximus, en ik ga terug naar Proximus of overstappen naar Orange.
Ik zal deze internetprovider nooit meer gebruiken.

Horrible internet provider I have ever seen!!
The customer service was poor, and they didn't even try to make an effort.
I believe the person who was in charge of the installation at my home made incorrect settings, and our internet didn't work correctly.
I used to contract with Proximus, and I will go back to Proximus or switch to Orange.
I will never ever use this internet provider again.
