I had a flat tyre at work rang this company was told £150 deposit incase I cancelled and to pay the tyre fitter £140 for a tyre for a Volkswagen polo , tyre fitter who wasn't a tyre buddy one was excellent fast efficient really polite &I Def would use him again direct not thru tyre buddy Def would save £150 &I think they should of said that it was a non refundable £150 the tyre price I was fine with just not the £150 for tyre buddy answering the phone ....

Quoted one price, I agreed, then quote was edited (on WhatsApp) with an increase with no acknowledgement or explanation. Luckily I had not passed on any of my details prior to this and I said "thanks but no thanks". Trust lost at that point. Who knows what they'd have charged me once they got here.

Phenomenal service. I contacted them via WhatsApp at 9pm on bank holiday Monday due to a flat tyre and the car was needed for the school run in the morning. The tyre was fitted at 10.30pm and I am in a pretty remote part of Hampshire. Simply faultless.

Got a puncture tyre on a busy road during rush hour. A friend recommended this company. They were professional and helpful on the phone. The inquiries and payment instruction were clear. The team member who arrived was right on time and he was friendly, polite and professional. I haven't compared prices with other companies so I cannot rate the pricing. However, they saved the day so shout out to them.

Avoid at all costs. I had a Tyre replaced that went flat after 20 miles. Trying to get any response after payment from Mobile Tyre Buddy has been impossible. I’ve spent days sending messages with no reply. They will be very responsive at first but if something goes wrong you’ll be left with zero accountability or follow up. Use a reputable provider and avoid these guys at all costs.

Member of staff thinks its a great idea driving down the motorway cutting people up and then slowing right down in the middle lane to use their mobile phone with both hands. Not a good look for the company at all.
