I purchased a lifetime subscription of instachamp by mobilemonkey aka customers.ai. The discount code for this membership was given to me by digital scholar.
The automations worked well for the first few days. But later started glitching and became unresponsive. None of my clients would receive the DM that the automation was supposed to send them.

I raised a ticket from their website and got a response from their employee called Raquel Bartolome who simply didn't accept that there was any problem according to their Engineers. On the top of it, there was no help or support from Digital Scholar either.

They are irresponsible and inefficient. And this service is a complete waste of money.

Taken money from my account without permission. Had the auto upgrade turned OFF but charged me a lot of money today. Now I have the hassle of claiming back from my bank. I can't recommend a company that operates like this. UPDATE: They have admitted that its an error but refuse a refund as they don't do refunds. WOW that's fully theft! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

His last con game was with WordStream. Note the thousands of angry customer complaints online.

The con?

Outsource your sales team to a company back east that will lie and con you into thinking you are getting features for a certain price.

After you sign their bullet proof contract, you start getting weird emials stating you just bought something different than what you were told.

Then the real fun begins...

Mobile Monkey tech support will lie to you and waste your time.

Mobile Monkey billing will do the same.

You can try to stop payment at the bank, but many months later, they will resume charging your account for a service you will never use.

Larry Kim has years of experience ripping small businesses off. He has the legal docs in order, the systems in place to rinse and repeat and some how not end up arrested or sued.

His last con game was with Wordstream. Ran that scam for as long as he could and now is onto his next Monkey business with Mobile Monkey.

Called the Tamworth store up this morning about needing a new housing for my iPhone XR (or that I thought) the chap explained to me about that I wouldn’t need a new housing just because my husband decided to superglue his silent button as it wouldn’t stay on loud. He said it would at most just need a clean and maybe a new charge port as it wouldn’t charge properly. Went in and that same lovely guy greeted me, assessed my phone, fixed the port and cleaned inside the phone/ replaced the speakers for me too! And put on a tempered screen protector too! Now l works perfectly! I’m very pleased as it cost me £30 and I bought a case extra as he saved me £160 which was what another company wanted to charge me without even looking at the phone. Thank you so much I’m coming back whenever I need my phone sorted. Great honest guy! Don’t get many like him :)

It's the worst business service and they'done it impossible to get out again and they keep sending that damn newsletter even though I asked again and again, not to receives anything! STAY AWAY FROM MOBILEMONKEY if you do not want a lot of frustrations and waste your time massively
