HORRIBLE service. I received a refund estimate in June of 2018 (at that time their company web reviews were positive), submitted my phone, received confirmation in July. I emailed them repeatedly with no response. In August someone named Chase responded and asked for my Paypal account information. I continue to ask either for the refund or my phone back. have not heard from them since.

Never payed, over 3 months already don't trade here. No communication either You've been warned

I was quoted $201 for my iPhone. I sent phone in June and I was received. I can track order online and it shows all steps are complete except for paying me. I have sent at least 4 emails and no response. No phone number in service to call them either. Very very poor

We got quoted one price then they offered another, then we got email saying offer was 0.00. Again, another offer but still lower than first. They apologized for computer glitch. still no check. We have been doing this for over a month. DO NOT TRUST

Sent in my phone a week ago and never received payment.

I'm still waiting for resolution with this company. I mailed them my iPhone on April 23rd. They received it April 26. I was informed promptly that my check would be on the way
7 emails later and now being May 15th, I still haven't received my check. Still waiting for response from my numerous emails and phone calls. Should have used Jay Brokers or Gazelle which have exceptional customer service. Ugh..

I have not heard back from them since they sent an email notification saying they have received my phones and would send me an offer within 24-48 hours.
That was 2 weeks ago. Customer service was quick to stay in contact with me UNTIL my phones got there and now complete silence.
If you call the number it goes straight to voice mail.
This is obviously a scam. Don’t be fooled like I was.

After nearly a month , and after publishing this and getting a hold of Flipsy, the company that recommended this scam company- they emailed me back saying my phones weren’t in good shape and would send them back. Still haven’t received the phones. This company is a joke.

I too was offered an amount and received a confirmation email stating they would send payment in a form of a check within 3-7 business through USPS. It's been over a month and a half with no payment in sight. After multiple failed attempts to reach a live person by phone and email I'm done! I'm so dissatisfied with this company and refuse to use their services ever again! I would not recommend to anyone. Can I please get my phone back?!!

Where is my phone after declining an offer? 19 days after declining the offer and NO communication - not even an automated confirmation that I rejected and they would send back... 4 days has passed since my email to support, no answer there... Just tried again with a message via their chat.. not getting hopeful here..

PS. they reviewed the iPhone as having no working touchID. I know this is not true as it was working when I sent it in. I'll update the stars after my phone comes home safely.

I sent my s7 edge to them and got an email offer on 4/2, I declined the offer, since I have sent several emails and left a few voicemails with no response, on 1st ring it goes straight to voicemail. This people are a joke. Just send my phone back the way you recieved it.

Quick payment through PayPal. Very pleased with sale of my iPhone 7 Plus.

Great transaction. I was paid through PayPal within 48 hours of receiving the phone. The whole thing took about 5 days from the time I shipped it. Very happy and will use them in the future.

MobileFlyp received my iphone 6 plus on 3/2/2018. We agreed to an offer. I received an email on 3/7/2018, payment is on the way and
I should receive payment within 3-7 business days via USPS. As of 3/21/18, I have not received payment.
I have sent emails and messages on their website chat but have not had a response as to when a check was mailed. I have also called and left messages the past 3 days. Their phone is simply forwarded to a voice mail.
I think two weeks is long enough for them to have sent a check.

They received my iphone 6 plus on 3/5/2018 and I received an email stating payment was sent on 3/7/2018. A check for the amount of $183 was being mailed to my home address but as of this date I have not received payment.

BAIT-AND-SWITCH - DON'T TRUST I received my iPhone back after declining the ridiculous offer - "This device has light and deep scratches in various locations on the screen" is completely untrue just as I knew it was. It's obvious to me now that the good up-front offer, then post-inspection low-ball offer of $27 is the bait and switch business that is Mobileflyp, hoping people will cave-in. It's not at all about the money - I would throw the phone away before letting them give me $27 for it - it's about what a scam they are. They should be ashamed of this unethical business strategy.

Leaving a review on here helped expedite the process and resolution. Communication is tricky with this company, but once attention is obtained they're very prompt at responding and communicating. Their review process is quick and payment.
