Avoid this seller
I purchased a VGR 906 trimmer from the seller 'Mobilecity.gr' via the Skroutz platform. The product arrived in a clearly used condition (battery at 99% upon unboxing, signs of handling) and, most importantly, contaminated with active mold.
When I reported this obvious biological hazard, Skroutz's customer support showed gross incompetence. They ignored the photographic evidence of the mold and, under the threat of losing my money, forced me to return a hazardous product via standard courier, pressuring me to expose logistics personnel and other consumers to unnecessary health risks.
This platform has absolutely no respect for hygiene standards and prefers to endlessly pass the buck rather than admitting they are selling unsanitary products. If you want to receive moldy trash and be treated with bureaucratic arrogance, this is the place.
I have already escalated this case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Avoid this seller and the Skroutz platform at all costs if you care about your health and your money.
