It is an easy process to follow. and after researching a few companies decided to give Mobile advantage a go. Paid the full amount quoted within a couple of days of posting the phone. No problems would recommend and will use again in the future.

I purchased a laptop as this company was recomended by my employer. The laptop came with a faulty battery that did not hold charge. This company did not bother to check the device or the battery. I will never buy from them again. When I tried to negotiate with them to resolve the issue they kept asking me to send the device back (when I cannot and said this several times to them). I paid over 400 pounds for a device that did not work 1 week from teh date it arrived. Please don't buy from them. My LA should not be recommending them.

Had a issue with my Pre paid packaging not been sent, Customer service was brilliant and got it sorted quickly and kept me updated.
Used them to recycle an iPhone. Initially, I was impressed with the communication with this company, but that was the only positive experience I’ve had. DPD lost my parcel and Mobile Advantage were liaising with them to come to a resolution. This was more than 2 months ago and for the last 4 weeks, I have been totally ignored when I’ve emailed asking for updates, even though I’ve had the auto generated tickets to confirm receipt. Any previous emails I did receive never had a name on them either and there’s no phone number, so I feel totally shut out and now approx £250 out of pocket. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but sometimes companies only seem to act when they’re publicly called out and I can’t see any other option.
Out of principle, I will look to take this further.
Update July 2024 - on the back of the poor review, Mobile Advantage reached out to me and have now resolved the issue by sending payment for the phone I originally posted and a kind offer of a discount on any future dealings with them. Therefore I have changed the review from one star to three. I can’t give five stars because it took to this review to get it resolved and even the resolution took a few emails to sort out. I do appreciate them resolving it and they said they’d make sure this kind of thing doesn’t happen again.

After buying a mobile phone from this company, within 6 month from purchase the screen broke. I took a week of trying to find out how to send them the phone back for repairs as the device was still in warranty. More than a month later, I have no idea what is going on. I have contacted the seller multiple times, but I never got an answer. Using the online chat function on their website, leaves you talking to yourself as the chat does not seem to be actively monitored. When I finally got through someone on the chat, I was told, ‘If you give me one moment I will check with the team to get an update on this for you’ and that was the end of our interaction; an hour later, I was still waiting for the update. I guess the operator just left the chat. I sent multiple emails (obviously ignored) until someone from the company replied only to blamed somebody else (DPD). Nevertheless, I succeeded to get a 'we will update you later today'; that was 2 weeks ago. I regret using their services and will not repeat this mistake again. Better off buying from a reputable company in the future. So, be warned. I still have no idea what has happened to my phone or if I will ever see it again.
Paid for what they quoted. Unheard of with mobile re-use companies! Sent off with no problems and paid incredibly quickly also.
The process was very straight forward, and was completed within days. Prices quoted are slightly less than other mobile phone recycling sites, but took the hit because of the reputability of the company.
Purchased a used phone only to find that it had a minor but irritating issue of repeatedly reporting the S-pen as "disconnected". Since it seemed to work OK I overlooked matters. It then transpired that the phone would only connect via my home Wi-Fi. Text messages didn't get received for anything up to 12 to 14 hours (sending & receiving). No connection (voice / data / messages) when away from the house. Contacted via email - no response. Contacted via online chat - no response.
If you want a device that doesn't work and enjoy being ignored by customer "support" then you should deal with these people; if you have any sense and don't enjoy stress and aggravation, then steer well clear !
Everything was fine, delivery was prompt, received my money for the trade in quickly and the phone that I bought seemed in really good condition which was expected as I bought the excellent condition. However the charging port seems to have an issue as the angle needs to specific and I can’t really move while charging. I thought this might be the cable that was provided but I have tried multiple chargers and all have the same issue. A little disappointing as it’s supposed to be excellent.
I was skeptical about buying a second hand iphone, but with money being tight I took the risk and I have to say these guys delivered!! Hardly a mark on the device and over 90% battery life. It came with charging cable and was packaged well. Will I use them again? YES absolutely.
Bought an iPhone and traded in my old one. New phone is excellent not a mark on it. And revived payment for my old phone the same day it was received.

Very quick and easy process. Got the estimated amount the same day they received the phone.
Bought a phone advertised as original on eBay and in recovery mode. On receipt easily got phone out of the mode through normal iTunes method and further issues were found not stated.
Found phone reporting multiple abnormalities on parts from original, left feedback as annoyed the item was misrepresented on eBay and started a return. As an after thought reached out to company to keep phone for parts for a part refund of original price to be amicable.
Company continued to claim all original after sending the report on phone through returns system, when challenged and then sent conclusive photo proof that the battery wasn’t the original apple part. Then received abusive and offensive messaging accusing of blackmail through the eBay system from the company.
Company doesn’t seem to want to resolve issues when found out that the adverts falsely claimed originality. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
