In February, I was sent an email advising me that my SIM-only contract was coming to an end. To renew my contract, the first six months of the new contract would be half the normal monthly charge.
Naturally, I jumped on board but, since then, I have been charged the normal fee! I’ve contacted CS several times and was promised the matter would be resolved. However, the following month would see yet another full charge against my bank account.
The most recent CS I emailed then did a u-turn and stated that the promotion didn’t apply to my account! Well, WTF did Asda Mobile send me a promotional email in the first place?!
If this doesn’t get resolved soon, I will have no choice but to contact The Ombudsman for misleading marketing and deceptive business practices.

Moved to Asda from EE. Been with them since February and have continuously had an issue with my bills. I've contacted customer service who seem very unhelpful and haven't rectified anything. They have asked me several times for the same information. When I try to look at my bills they are all the same one. So Feb is Feb, March is Feb, April is Feb and as for May I haven't even got one. It should have been there on Sunday. It's not filling me with confidence that if I had a serious issue it would sorted quickly

Great service easy to change over from old contact. Value for money. And it's still Vodafone network. Easy to see bill with the app. Advanced notice on your bill. Only £5 a month.

Great offers online. Speedy delivery of sim and ease of set up really good. Only bit which was a little frustrating was getting the app to work. It does now, so fingers crossed it continues to do so.

Good: Easy activation, easy switch to use "Current" number.
Bad: Found I had PAYG when expecting Pay Monthly, cannot do anything after logging in to account ('401 Unauthorized'sic) . Even tried setting up 2 different accounts.

Inserted the new sim and activated it. Received a few differing text messages from seemingly different Asda senders so called the help line who were unable to help and gave us another number to call. This number turned out to be vodaphone who couldn't help either so went round in circles!!
