The sim card didn't arrive and when I emailed them they replied with a different name and said they couldn't reply as they didn't recognise my details. I explained it must be because they used someone else's details and they are sending me another one.

I dislike being charged twice for first…

I dislike being charged twice for first month of payment. Having to spend a lot of time on telephone sorting it out (not sure it is sorted yet), not happy with it all

Asda mobile talk n text only sim card…

Asda mobile talk n text only sim card works very well took 24 hours for PAC code to port to keep same number but that's not unusual. Great value for money.

Bought a pay as you go phone from asda expected a top up card to come through in 5 days I have been waiting for 2 weeks for it Phoned up customer service and they kept asking questions that had nothing to do with the phone why would they want my email address for all I asked for was a top up card

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service, switched over to asda mobile from three and selected the recommended e-sim option, a QR code should of been available on my online account. Three days without any service what so ever called the helpline several times and was repeatedly told to just clear my browser history in order to receive my QR code, in the meantime my sim card had been suspended what an absolute joke. Safe to say I’ll e going back to three.

Asda mobile were very good at helping me move mobile providers from o2 to asda and at the same time saving me eight pounds a month for exactly the same that o2 were charging me thirteen pounds a month.

Get a app that's easy to use and do something about your
Customer service trying to top up is like trying to get a day out with the queen my Asda SIM as goon in the bin I have a smarty
much better and good deals you need to do your homework

Worst service ever

Worst service ever! Cost me a fortune in data roaming but amazingly I could not actually use my mobile in Bulgaria unless I was connected to the wifi in whatever premises I was in at the time! Spent 6 days in a Turkish hospital connected to the wifi in the hospital the Whole time and they charged me an extortionate rate for data roaming!
