I bought an iPhone through Reburbed and recived a Pokemon box and a cabel from Mobielmonster.
This screams SCAM! - DON’T BUY!
The mobile phone I bought there showed more and more screen problems. Then the screen was going completely black.
I sent the request for service and their answer was that their own technician says the phone must have fallen down so there is no guarantee anymore. They said I could still send it in but there is almost no chance they will do anything.
They concluded that all from photos that do not show any damages (and just to be clear: it did NOT fall down).
This is just intimidation tactics and I am sure if I send it in, they will just repeat their baseless claims and wait to be sued.
Do not buy from these scammers!!!!
I’ve never written a feedback before but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can avoid a similar situation. Reading the other comments, i am definetely not alone who experienced similar situations. My phone had not a SINGLE scratch after around 6 months. it looks completely new. But then it developed a display issue out of nowhere. When I reported it, they immediately assumed it was highly user-damaged just from a few photos. I asked how that was possible, but they COULD NOT answer and just asked me to send the phone to them.
But here’s the kicker: If their technicians determine the issue is user-related, I’d have to pay for both the repair and shipping costs, even though my phone looks like it’s barely been used. BUT HOW?? their own service could not explain it. How should i trust their OWN technicians? What kind of policy is that? Who would send their phone WITHOUT KNOWING if they’ll get charged, or how much?
I really hope refurbed.at takes this feedback seriously and stops partnering with such scammy sellers.
Scammers.
Bought a phone by this company via refurbed.de
After sending it back, the customer service lied about me having forgotten to delete the screen password. As I was unsure, I told them the password I use for all my phones screens. Then they lied about the password no working.
Then I told them, how to reset the phone without password, and they strung me along like that for days on end.
Now I told refurbed.de to take action, and they did. Thank you.
DO NOT BUY AT MOBIELMONSTER.NL
Very bad experience with this seller. They sold me an iPhone that was damaged from day 1, it was sent for repair 2 times and now the seller says it does not fall under the warranty because it has been damaged by the user.
Looking at the reviews, I understand I am not the only one in this situation, as several customers are complaining about the same behaviour.
I do not recommend to buy from this shop as it is clearly a scam.
Do not buy by them. Incompetent customer service. Help is non existant. Telephone was defective when i received it 3months ago and i still wait for my money back. I repeat: DO NOT BUY BY MOBIELMONSTER
