Fraud - Be aware
I purchased a phone through Mobi-City at a cost of £400, and was promised quick delivery.
I actually applied for this before Christmas and it's now February and the only feedback I've got is that they don't know where my phone is, and are refusing to refund my money.
They make you jump through multiple pointless loopholes ( one agent claimed I had to contact the police!).
Ridiculous service and I fully advise people to stay clear. Can someone please contact me to arrange a refund ASAP.
Disappointed. Still haven't received my order and paid extra to get it sent speedily. Would not recommend anyone pay extra and your likely to get it in the same timeframe.
I ordered a product and paid extra for speedy delivery. It's been almost 12days and still haven't received my order. I definitely would recommend people pay extra and hopefully I do eventually get my order.

I bought a samsung S3 watch off mobicity UK. I believed I was buying a UK watch as the website seemed to be a UK company. The item was sourced in Hong Kong. It took 3 days to be processed and a further 10 days for delivery. I paid for express delivery (3-5 days) for which I asked for a refund this took some persuasion but was eventually honored. On receipt of the item after opening the device it was supplied with a European plug and a after market adaptor. The instructions were Asian. The company did not apologise or offer a refund and the refund process requires photos of the item and the item being not opened. I still am waiting for the return to be accepted. A totally bad experience.

I ordered a Galaxy S7 but changed my mind a few days after ordering. I used the website's online chat feature to request a refund which was granted straight away and my money was back in my back a couple of days later

ordered an in stock item paid for it, money taken from my bank received an email stating the item would be with me in 6-8 days, not parcel arrived i left it a few days, still no parcel, called them they said it was out of stock and they were trying to source a supply because they ran out of stock, still no parcel 3 weeks later, they then said here is a tracking number which said item had been shipped but guess what item never arrived, on speaking to them they said it would take 14 days to class it as a missing parcel, then over live agent they fed me even more stories ie it is a national holiday but only in our warehouse even though they have nothing to do with the parcel company that has already got the parcel. i do not ever expect to receive my parcel and do not recommend this company
Delivered exactly as stated
I was apprehensive at first using a company I'd never heard of, but they were the cheapest option for what I wanted. Reviews I read were very mixed; those who had brilliant experiences, and then some strange ones who completely warded off using the company. I bit the bullet and am glad I did. I got my product within the dates stated with no problems whatsoever, and a damn sight cheaper than I would anywhere else. I'm sure there is the odd problem - but you get that on the high street too, I'd recommend to anyone.

If start from the beginning i found the cheapest way to buy LG G5 phone and it was in mobicity.. I was waiting 2 weeks for delivery. When it came the same day i send a complaining email. Phone was not working properly, slow, wasnt english guide, images fall behind the voice..I was waiting for answer few days. The communication of company is awful... replying every 3-6 days.. I was waiting for refund 2 months. and the last they send me less money when they said.

To all the victims out there who never receive their product or refund, go report ur case to ACTION FRAUD online and banks to get ur money back! Don't expect them refund the money just by contacting them, they are not base in UK. Those replying aren't real customer services but some outsource agents who don't even know anything about ur case! For those thinking of purchasing with them,crawl back to previous reviews, don't get deceived by those "good reviews", there're tons of victims reviews at the back there!

I ordered a DTEK60 as a gift for Mrs. I called them even before placing the order to comfirm delivery dates and times. 3 weeks later there was no delivery and only the crap updates and a link to the courier website. I was checking on the courier site and it stated that the phone would be delivered on the 20th of December. I altered all my programmes to wait but nothing delivered.
With Christmas approaching quickly l was desperate but to my surprise, MobiCity UK phone ending in 1515 could not take any calls anymore. So all l could do was use their online chat service. I was either left hanging for an hour as the person l was chatting with was "getting information", or just couldn't get anyone after 15 minutes of waiting .
After 2 days with no success in the chats, l tried calling the number again. The same message "due to high call volumes ......" l was getting angry but held on to the phone and to my surprise some American lady was at the line.(SO IF YOU GET THIS MESSAGE DON'T HANG UP, JUST HOLD ONTO THE PHONE AND YOU WILL GET SOMEONE). She was helpful but could not contact the Courier because they were "closed till the 3rd January ". I was angry because I had no gift for my Mrs for Xmas.
On the 3rd l called and was told they had an update that the courier could not deliver the parcel due to very high volumes over Xmas, it was in their warehouse and that " l was not alone".
I waited till the 6th to contact them for an update and ETA and then came the shock of my life, they had now received an update from the courier that the phone was delivered on the - wait for this - 20th of December.
I couldn't believe in these seemingly TIME TRAVELLERS. They had my parcel in the warehouse on the 3rd of January but managed to travel back in time and delivery it on the 20th of December the previous year. I don't know where and to whom because l am not a time traveller.
I was godsmacked and wrote back and requested for the simplest of things, the proof of delivery and no answer after 12 days. We have CCTV installed on my house and reviewed this and no deliver is seen being made on the 20th. This is a complete waste of time non UK based company and only order if you have the money to throw away. I was fooled by the cheap prices and now l have no phone and no money. I am considering my options if any and speaking to the bank.
Please avoid or consider the risks. I wish l had read some reviews here.

Ordered a Sony Experia Z3 Plus on 22nd November 2016 as a present for my son. As the Compnay was called Mobi City UK we assumed it was a UK Company but when delivery was delayed and I contacted them I discovered the phone was coming from China. The ladies in customer services were very polite, but a little vatgue about delivery. It eventually arrived on 9th December 2016 and my son was very pleased with the phone. Over the past couple of days the battery has become very hot when to phone is on and today the phone has just died. The phone will not power up or charge.Just contacted Mobi City today (20th January 2017) and they asked for a video of the phone to enable their tech team to get an idea of what is wrong with the phone - what a joke, how is a video of a blank phone going to help them. When my phone died last year, I took it into the repair shop and they told me immediately what the problem was. I have been promised a call back at 12 O'clock from one of their tech team,but we will see. I have asked for a replacement phone, but got no answer to this response, just kept saying our tech team will call you. I am beginning to think this phone may be a copy as overheating is a common problem with cheap Chinese batteries,also when my son took the phone into the EE shop to sign up with them they were very suspicious about the phone and where it cam from. Unfortunately I only read the reviews after I had purchased the phone, when it hadn't arrived on time and I got worried. There were several reviews about Sony Experia phones breaking after a short period and being replaced with others that did the same thing. I then realised that even if I received the phone there was a possibility that it would not work for long. Unfortunately my fears have been realised and.

A2 weeks from orders and No sign of the product. Phone number provided on the website to process cancellation is no longer available and no answer is obviously provided to email.
I want to replace a refund with the hope it will arrive shortly and not as many people has experience after months.
