1. June 15, 2023 i was access this website to track a mobile phone number, and the result was disappointed since they tracking my mobile number location instead of the number i wish to track.
2. i promptly wrote email to support-trackcenter-net to complain since i did paid using my credit card, but no response
3. the scary thing continue for the following months since they debit my credit card with double value for 2 following months and i just realized it since they charge (debit) my credit card in lot enough value. I wrote complain email (again) on Sept 3, 2023. and again there are no response from them
SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I orderd the tracker for one phone number. The query never came back. I went to login and my entire account was deleted so that i could not reset my password. They also automatically set me up with a 3 day $40 autorenewal. I am not able to cancel the account because i cannot log back in. The help desk email says that they won't cancel the account.

It has now been two days since my review. After about 10 emails and them likely seeing this review, they have cancelled my account. However, i won't konw until tomorrow if they don't charge me. Here is one of the emails they wrote me when I first tried to cancel.

They had locked me out of my account so that I could not login and cancel. They had also removed my email from their system so that i could not change my password. I had to tell them to cancel the service over 5 times before they would cancel.

I lost my phone in my yard. I paid them $.99 to locate my phone. They said my phone was 300 miles away in Bend Oregon when I just lost it on the coast in Sixes Oregon. The website is designed to hide the fact that when you do the $.99 service you will be signing up for a $39.99 a month subscription. Who in their right mind would pay $39.99 a month in case they happen to lose their phone?

This "service" is an absolute scam, i had not noticed they had been charging me 44.90$ every month for almost a year! I used it once when i panicked after i lost my phone. They had asked for a single charge of a few dollars so i agreed. Never was it mentioned that there was a monthly fee... I am embarrassed for being negligent and not looking after my visa, but these rats are the ones who should feel ashamed... absolutely disgusting...

An absolute SCAM. Never used it! Never signed up/charged me via an email address associated with an old account.
No reply to MANY emails. Doubt the “customer service” address is even genuine.
Finally reported to both my bank’s fraud department who advised they get MANY complaints about this company as did my state’s consumer protection office!

Total and complete scam. Said they were charging 1.49. Billed my card for almost $50. Signed me up for stuff I didn’t want. And didn’t do anything to help me find my phone. Trying to get my money back now.

Edit and response to “we tried to contact you” I received 1 email from the company telling me the subscription I never asked for was canceled however, I am still being billed for a month +$1.50 even tho all they did was steal my info and take money from me. Didn’t even help find the phone. That is the only attempt to contact me that has happened.

Somehow I was charged $44.90 for 4 months in a row I've tried calling the Ontario number to cancel bank is investigating. I call the mobi tracker customer service and they pretend they only speak French and then hang up on me I have no idea how to cancel without changing my bank card number now I have to pay money to bank to cancel and investigate charges hopefully I get almost $180 that they have ripped me off for 4 months in a row

I purchased this “service” through PayPal and cancelled before my “trial” period was over. Got email back saying it was cancelled August 2nd. Was charged in September and October. Wrote emails and was told my account was inactive. Somehow, the charge is going through using my husband’s email and MY PayPal although they are in NO WAY connected. This isn’t settled. This “company” isn’t legitimate. Run the other way.)

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! So sad to say that we didn't check reviews, but had the exact same experience as everyone else on here. The service doesn't work and you will get charged almost 45$/month even if you think that you canceled within the 48-hour timeline. Crap company. Save your money and stay far away.

Got scammed as well. I paid the 50 cents and then suddenly got a 200 EUR charge 2 weeks later

I was looking for a service that would allow me to find someone's cell phone location without them knowing they were being traced... and I came upon Mobi-Tracker. I plugged in the cell number I was curious about and then they asked me for my credit card. Of course I thought, nothing's free! It was only $1.49 so I went along. After 2 days of nothing I decided to poke around the site and right there in plain view it said that they require the third party's consent, and so they had sent this person I was tracking a notification that I was looking to locate them! This was the opposite of my intentions. It had been three days since signing up and because this was not the service I thought I was paying for I asked for a refund. The company said that there service was a very good deal and that after two days, if you didn't cancel your subscription it auto-renewed to a monthly fee of $44.90. Well after a few emails back and forth Mobi-Tracker, even though they were in their rights to keep the fees decided that because the service was not what I was looking for they gave me a full refund. Not many online businesses these days have that much integrity and decency and for that I give them 4 of 5 stars without ever having used their software.

Fraud!!! The company will change you $1 and 2 days latter will start charge you $50 until you cancel you card. Also you will never receive what you paid for in the beginning.

Total scam. I tried to contact them after finding out service is useless and no reply to emails, and no one answering phone number. How can they be stopped from false advertising and reviews??

Total scammers! I was lucky that my bank recognized them as fraudulent and blocked the $44.95 monthly charge. I'm out a $1.49 and also add, they provided no service for the 7 day trial. Also, they tried to bill me before the 7 days were up. BEWARE OF MOBI-TRACKER.NET

Smelliest company on the internet charged me £1 to track my parcel which didn’t give much information anyways then to top it off they charged me £25 for a subscription I didn’t sign up too, emailed the company told them I am a Instagram influencer and that I’m going to bury their fraudulent company with bad reviews if I don’t get my refund and they just answered me being cocky fools basically telling me to jog on and that I am not getting my £25 back so I’ve payed £25 which is a lot of money when you have bills to pay and I’m never going to see it again. Avoid like the plague as the banks don’t give a toss either they won’t even refund me money cause apparently they clearly state that the subscription will be done so. Absolute pisstake if anyone finds out where this company is based feel free to message me on social media and fill me in so karma and justice can be served. If I can give a negative score, I will!!! It’s a scam, they will charge your card multiple time at small amounts so you wouldn’t notice. If you’re the type of person who doesn’t monitor your purchases, good luck to you. Collectively, I was charged more than $100, I discovered it after 2 weeks.

DO NOT pa0y a dime to these scammers. I paid 1.50 to use their service ONCE and NOWHERE does it say you are signing up for a subscription. Not even fine print. Then I suddenly get an email for charge of 45$ and its hard to find how to cancel. I emailed and they will not refund. They are scammers. Ontop of that, the tracking didn't even work!! I paid 1.50 because when I filled in the info it said it tracked the phone immediately.

Replying to the response below. I contacted them already once and was denied refund immediately. Now it's been almost 2 years and they're pretending they tried to contact me to make them look good. No one tried to contact me.

Worst customer service ever. Would never recommend.

This is a shady company that claims to be legitimate. They offer a trial and then debit your payment before the trial expires. In many countries, that is a violation of fair trading legislation. I have made a complaint to the Trading Standards Officer in London.
