I visited Japan for two weeks and bought the e sim. It was easy to install with the instructions they sent. Service was excellent- not one problem in the time I was there. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I ordered for visiting Japan. Best price and value. Arrived in Philadelphia (from UK) 3 business days after ordering. Never got to check out the service level. Was not able to unlock my Tesco Alcatel mobile. Mobal kindly issued a full refund.
8f your phone is unlocked,, this is your best option. I Ended up falling back on a pocket WIFI, more expensive, a ton weight, and charging complications. Public WIFI widely available in Japan airports, public transit, and hotels. But not secure and you are constantly making new connections.
This is the second time that I have used Mobell for a US trip and really can’t fault the product or the service in any way.
The communications from Mobell prior to our trip was clear as was the activation process for the SIM. On arrival into the US the phone worked straight away and continued for the duration of our trip. The signal was amazing – even received an email whilst standing at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon at one of the scenic overlooks!
