They took 65 dollars in two days and when i try to cancel my subscription it says error and i can't cancel it. And keeps taking money. Can someone please tell m how to stop it i gave my card details

This sight says you will get charged Trial period ฿ 38.00 24 hours Trial in Thailand and it did not locate my phone what so ever. They then charge you 1000 THB which is $43 Australian and still did not locate my phone. Total rip off so be warned they will not find your phone. I was lucky my phone was handed into the hotel reception who contacted me.

This is a scam dededuct money from my account and I see alot of people here going through the same thing

And get legal help I have also been a victim of this

Alert your bank's as they also have legal ways of helping .

Do not trust this as they take your money but do not offer the service .

They will send an email first to say it's terms and conditions. But make sure to google legal ways and relevant Om buds man's in your country.

This site is a total scam I paid 0.50euro to locate my daughter's phone and I didn't get any results it says pending while hoping that I would find a result and the very next day they charged me 49.90 Euros and when I reached out the help center they told me it is a subscription fee while there is no service received 🤦‍♀️ SCAM SCAM

I thought I signed up for $0.90 a one time fee to locate my phone only to discover they charged $65 to my card a day later. It is a useless service as especially as the phone was not located with their service. They shouldn't be operating as a business. Total scammers.

I would class this as Fraud . Paid 0.5 euro to locate my lost phone and they never found anything . I then discovered they tried to take 50 euros . Fair enough they mention a subscription in the small writing but if they have not provided the initial service requested and charging a subscription for no service is fraud. I would urge the company to review their practice

This is a scam site. They withdrew 180 ron off my account without my approval. I had to block my card but the respective amount ( approx.45 USD) is lost! My mistake is that I gave my card. details for a one off payment, details the scammers then used for an ongoing subscription which I managed to cancel but, as I said, they stole almost USD 45!!!

I bought the €0.90 service to trace my lost phone but it didn't work. I thought no more of it until I saw I had been charged £35 for a monthly subscription that I knew nothing about. I emailed them and they offered to refund half. I said I wanted a full refund as their service didn't work and they agreed.

Promised me it would find my phone in '3 simple steps', claimed it had found it, charged me then bull5hits me with some pending 5hite. Thanks for wasting my time when the phones battery is limited.

They are not efficient and take money from your account under the name of subscription without your permission. When you ask why you took money from credit card they send an email to say that it is written in the terms and conditions that if you create your account and don't cancel it!!!! it will be charging you monthly!!!! Who wants to have subscription for a lost phone?? What kind of inefficient business is that? They can not find your cell phone but if you are not careful they charge you for ever!!

This company steals money from you, do not give them your card/account details, also the service they advise does not work.

Terrible service.
Does NOT work if u don’t have phone.
No point paying for it because you need the phone user to accept location access and if you have lost phone / don’t have with you… that’s not possible.
Customer service poor!!
