MNCR Reviews

I ordered a miu miu jacket and then 2 pairs of balenciaga flats, they arrived just perfect, the delivery is a bit longer than other sites but I find the pricing to be the best part of the experience
Definitely buying from them again

I make now the first time a bad experience with them. I order some shoes, but they are to small. They don’t change and also don’t allow a return. They write something different on there homepage as they make.

I was thrilled of the exklusive selection MNCR has got and also for such a good price. The delivery to a different country took a bit longer as expected but the costumer service vom MNCR was very nice, personal and prompt in the response to hold my trust and their reliability. I am very happy with my order thank you till next time Nina

I ordered a pair of Adidas Gazelle. Everything was perfect.

Hello ! I order 2 pears of new balance in Romania ! The shoes is verry confortable and verry nice ! I want to order someting to my hustband ! Thank you so much !

Delivery is taking one month to even leave the warehouse and no one is answering my mails. Terrible customer service.

Shipping takes a quite a long time. But service was better then most large corporates. Shoes fit well and came as expected.

I was completely satisfied with my order and always received prompt assistance from customer service – brilliant!

It seems like a scam. My order never arrived

My husband ordered, what he thought were, New Balance sneakers. Which turn out to be fake. Of course the customer service is not available and there is no return policy. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!

Fake site, waiting 4 weeks and never received the order...

Total scam! The shoes are fake and smell like cheap plastic. The sizing is way off. They even tried to bribe me for a positive review by offering a second pair for free. Don't fall for it! I lost 150€, stay away from these cheaters.

I got the shoes!!! Didn’t take long, thankfully I didn’t believe the other reviews. Some had bad reviews and it almost turned me away but a conversation with someone on their chat and I decided to ahead with the purchase.
So glad I did!!!

Best! Thank you!!!

I recently bought a pair of Maison Margiela Salomon sneakers through MNCR for the first time and i cannot be more happy with them. For sure i will repeat :)

No way of contacting MNCR, I’ve order 2 pairs of trainers and some jewelry for Christmas gifts, it’s apparent now I won't get them as tracking is not updated and just states they left warehouse.
I swore after I order in the summer and delivery took weeks I’d never use them again, but gave another try products looks good just delivery to Spain is very poor.
No contact information for company so will be contacting credit card company for refund.

I am very Familliar with the Sneaker Industry /Cult and various websites where you can buy all sort of sneakers, But i Must say that MNCR club has very sharp deals and a good variety of hyped sneakers to offer. I am very pleased with the Service and fast shipment proces

MNCR is hands down one of the best sneaker shops out there. They consistently have rare and hard-to-find models, often at prices you simply won’t see anywhere else. Every order I’ve placed has been smooth, fast, and exactly as described. On top of that, their customer service is genuinely excellent — quick to respond, helpful, and always friendly.
Highly recommended for anyone serious about sneakers.
