Excellent service
I cannot understand the poor reviews. Our repair was an insurance claim. Excellent service from initial telephone contact through to completion. Finished the job a day earlier than the estimated time, returned the car to us on a truck, picked up the hire car. Faultless repair. I wasn’t expecting it to have been cleaned, but it looked as though it had been valeted, including tire gloss!

Do not make the.mistake of buying g a car from this company without having it thoroughly checked over by a competent mechanic first. They will happily sell you a rust bucket and make out they are doing hi a favour. Just another dodgy second hand car dealer.
Be careful
Be careful. They repaired the rear of my car which was ok. However, they also sprayed my front bumper and the paint started to peel off all across the bumper within 12 months. They refused to accept any responsibility which is unacceptable. Wish I'd read the reviews beforehand.
Great Service.
Take my cars there when ever need to.
Efficient, professional, Friendly service. Great staff.
Would recommended.
Excellent experience.
Organised my repair to my vehicle for Monday. The staff were so friendly and professional and my hire car was waiting for me. I was told my car would probably be ready towards the end of the week. Soon after getting home I got a message saying it needed extra parts so could take a little longer. Wednesday afternoon I received a call to say it was ready. The work that was carried out was perfect. The paint work was excellent. Everything about the whole experience was first class and I would recommend them to anyone.
Refused to return parts
Recently had a Range Rover SVR in for repairs with agreement that old parts are retained and returned.
Repair completed and they refused to return old parts (presumably they have sold them) as have high value
Company have not appologised or give any reason why parts have not been returned as previously agreed.
Overall repair quality very good apart from bonnet slightly out of line and scuff on new bumper
Did take 2 months to repair racking up 36k hire car bill from claims handlers that i now have to stand the vat.
Overall very unprofessional approach.
Happy with the repair.
Not happy being lied too, would not trust again.

I was referred to this company by my insurers following vandalism to my BMW which needed a complete body respray.
From start to finish the service I received was excellent as they kept me up to date with all progress.
I was unable to collect my car on completion as I was self isolating however, they arranged for someone to return my car to my address.
Nothing was too much of an effort and I can honestly say I would recommend this company to anyone.
My car looked like new on completion and I would like to thank all staff for their service.
In particular, thanks to Claire in the office and those who repaired my vehicle.
I am one happy customer!!
I Wish I can give them 0 star.
The worst people I ever seen in life for car body workshop. Be careful if you are going to them. You are going to make more damages into your car and I can bet you you will sell your car with very low price after having job done from them.
Damaged my car
Car came in for repairs (premium vehicle through being approved center)
No hire car “negotiate with your insurer”
No ability to collect or deliver my vehicle
Brought car in unable to have hire car - no solution (I’m on crutches and cast, unable to transfer to my father) family collected us from their premises.
Surly phone call “you owe us £630 for the repairs”
Calls to insurance company state this is not true, M+M refuse to budge, can only accept “written authorisation” - insurance company have emailed them, still M+M won’t budge, very surly on phone with me. Do we have to wait for the post?
Also kept trying to push “GuardX paint protection” which I didn’t want couldn’t understand this was a premium vehicle and needed a special treatment something my dealership and insurer stressed.
All said what an absolute nightmare can’t comment on the repairs I can’t collect until I pay the £630!
On arrival amount was £650. Only when my father protested did the lady check, yes email was sent person who’s job it was never updated my file! So full excess was waived! I shouldn’t have to argue this, this surely is your bread and butter. You weren’t prepared to check for me but only when my father asked, how condescending.
Upon collecting the car fresh damage / deep scratch to the boot lid! Very unhappy. Estimator admitted their fault. Did buff out the damage for me there and then. I mentioned this to my insurance this should have been done officially they said at M+Ms cost - not some 5 mins job. Circle / swirl in the paint highly noticeable.
The lady in the office and a worker shared “banter” between themselves in front of me, very unprofessional- having just argued that I owed £650.
I have Toyota insurance, protection and assist, full care package, Yet M+M claim to be Toyota approved. It shouldn’t be this cumbersome I shouldn’t be responsible for poor administration and checking for further damage.
The other driver and his insurer accepted full liability, this should have been straightforward.
They also don’t call back when asked / querying the claim, simply “you can’t collect until you pay”.
In future my car will not be back I did not receive anything befitting a positive review from start to finish I was left feeling disrespected and an afterthought.
I will be raising these issues with Toyota / my insurance. As of 5/12/19 formal complaint made.
Look out for my postal feedback slip I have sent today, as I note you comment “fake review” a lot.
Not paid to review.
As the response from my previous review (also one star) was essentially M&M posting a link to people being paid to leave bad reviews, I thought it fair to respond.
My review is based on having used your company. From that use, it lead to my rating you with 1 star.
Sadly I wasn't paid anything to leave that, or this review. I did how ever have to pay you for your service. The service I received was 1 star.
I don't doubt that you are a successful business. You are a business I and I urge others not to use.
So again, the only money that has motivated this review is from my back account to yours.
More unfortunate is that rather than review your processes, you are happier to claim that the review is fake and it was only left for payment.
Again, I'm sure you are a very successful business. Just an unpleasant one to deal with.
Body repair work is fantastic BUT...
Body repair work is fantastic and great comunication between garage, insurance and car hire company. Staff are extremely friendly.
However the front parking sensors and headlight washers now do not work. There's a couple of months wait to get booked in because they're so busy, so will be getting the electrics fix by main dealer under the warranty.
