This company is a fraud! I ordered their product Moderna

through Debenhams on 11/11/25. The items was delivered damaged. I notified the company and requested a refund. Received an email on 21/11 that my refund is being processed but up until now do not have my refund. I have contacted the company through severally and across several mediums but have just been ignored. To make matters worse they have also not arranged to collect their heavy and bulky packages from my address thereby causing unnecessary inconvenience and risk to my household
Same experience with Debenhams - the seller. Avoid the stress, steer clear

If I could give a negative review, I absolutely would. Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life.

I ordered a unit from MMT Furniture, which arrived faulty. From the moment the issue arose, the handling of my complaint has been completely unacceptable and highly stressful. Despite following all the correct channels, my emails were repeatedly ignored or deflected, and I received conflicting instructions from both MMT and Wilko.

At one point, I was told to unbox and assemble a faulty unit and received threatening text messages from someone claiming to be the supplier. I was even accused of potentially fraudulent behavior for refusing to comply with these unreasonable demands — despite having already followed the proper refund process.

The collection process has been mishandled, with repeated attempts to intimidate me into meeting drivers, creating a serious safety concern. I have had to leave the item where it was and document everything in photos to ensure I am not held responsible for their errors.

This experience has caused extreme stress and frustration. The service, communication, and handling of a faulty product are completely disgraceful. I cannot recommend MMT Furniture under any circumstances.

Purchased a TV stand directly from their webpage, very fast delivery, easy assembly. Great service.

Bought a coffee table through Wayfair. Took over 5 hours to put together with no clear instructions re fitting the lights. MMT's leaflet says to contact them immediately if there is a problem. No answer, just a voice message diverting from a mobile phone. Two days later and still trying to resolve through MMT and Wayfair. This is an absolute nightmare.

Very Slow on Delivery when only 10 mile away, also after 6 month i noticed the screws holding the hinge's on have gone rusty.
