Ordered 2000K coins for PokeMMO, waited 24 hours constantly being told to wait patiently and that they were urging the service provider to hurry up. Every time I asked what was going on they said he was in school or offline. Complete scam and the customer service is a waste of time, not even sure they understand English.

Ordered Pokemmo Coins from them which were in stock before I purchased the item. As soon as i purchased they magically went out of stock. Still have not had stock and its been 4 days as of the writing of this review.

Ordered online gaming items thru PayPal. Just after order went thru, hack alerts appeared on my PayPal. It's a Chinese site / pay recipient. Ditto most complaints about NO DELIVERY. They are 2 parts/sites - MMOtank & MMOxr. Will try to recover via PayPal but... SERIOUS HACK THREAT & SCAM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM it is a scam. Salesperson promised a specific transaction and then after ordering would not deliver as discussed. Risk getting banned.

They also said they would refund me after - did not refund. Next day asked again and said they would not refund. Different people promising different things.

AGAIN DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you want to go through a dispute.

The first time I decided to chat on MMOTANK site is to inquire abt selling Alz and Diaz and I had three live chat reps that confirmed me that THEY DO BUY ALZ AND DIAZ FROM CABAL MOBILE so ofcourse I was really expecting and waiting for their response in Skype. But 4-5days no response still, suddenly I chat again to their site to get an update or response in Skype as they asked me to do. On their site, I got a rep named NIKI. SHE IS UNBELIEVABLE! She told me that they're not buying those things, so it's normal for me to feel like I was being pranked here and they did not tell me the truth bec I chatted with 3 diff rep yet now I got this answer NO? Afterwards, she insulted me like I was not a customer and did not have a single sympathy she later on disconneted me since I know more about RESPECT than hers. I no longer care abt the selling of the Alz and Diaz, my only concern is the RUDE LIVE CHAT REPS. If only I can send my screenshots on this review, I REALLY WILL SEND IT JUST TO SHOW HOW PISSED I AM TO THAT AGENT! SO MMOTANK, IF YOU CAN READ THIS, FIRE HER(NIKI) IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE RATING! And the other rep who disconnected me while we're in chat! I am trying to explain to her what Niki did to me yet she disconnected me. Her name is Sue. I am very disappointed and pissed 🤬

Beware of that company. After 1 Month still no Stock of already paid stuff and no refund. Always different Names in the Chat but i bet its the same Person.
Will post a Warning in the Startrek Online discord/forum, so noone else will lose his money.

I ordered Soul Worker Dzenai which they said they had in stock before I made the order. Of course after I purchase they're out of stock and have been out of stock ever since. Amazing.

Awful! I bought in the store (Year 4 pass for Rainbow Six Siege). As a result, they didn’t make my paid goods and ignored me. Two months have passed and they can no longer help me! Bad site!

First few puraches worked really great but the latest purache (Rainbow six siege Season pass year 4) was delivered and after a month or two removed from my acount. So I don't have the ~15EURO item that I paid for anymore and the support isn't replying and the livechat just says "We not do that it is ilegal" and "bye".

Big scam, Don't waste your Time and money on this bullsh**

Never got delivery of what I purchased. Customer service is no existent.

Listed an item they didn’t even have. They told me via “live chat” that it would be over 24 hours before they could even get it to me. Yet, their website listing said it’d take like 30 minutes. When I then asked for a refund, they just repeatedly stated: “your order is confirmed” and then stopped responding to my messages. Total scam, avoid them. Filing with PayPal right now.

LOL, easy and safe!!!

After i purchased Apex Coins my account got suspended/ perma banned. They havent purchased it with a real key or something like that, they just bought it with their visa card and then charged back the money. On origin charge backs are beeing banned. But after i wrote the support they atleast confirmed me that they dont care and that it is my problem now.

Absolute sh it, I tried to buy 16k Rainbow six Siege credits but ended up with nothing, the product was removed from the site before they could deliver it to me, I got a full refund but not a single sorry or anything, just "bye".
I spent a lot of time managing all of this, talking with support, not being able to play the damn game and all of this was just a waste of time.

Apart from the payment taking a few days (I used G2A pay so fair enough), when it finally went through they sent an email saying they received the payment and then they did the service within 12 hours as stated by them. Next time if I were to purchase more R6 Credits I would just use PayPal. Live chat feature is useful, sometimes a long time to reply, but they guided me through the whole process. Would recommend for the price you get the credits :)

The first few times I purchased from this site has worked (R6 Credits) but now, after literally telling me to "f off" by customer support (f you too, Alex), I will not stand for this. I have not gotten the credits I have paid for nor have they responded to any of my comments and responses. Don't buy from these guys, and save the hassle.

I bought R6 credits. After 2 days a didn't recive it. I tried to get my money back but the Live Chat is a fake S***.
