I bought a Classic account
I bought a Classic account from MMOProvider. After the purchase, it took about 20 minutes for the account to be transferred to me smooth and fast. Everything went well, and their email replies were helpful and fast!
I did run into an issue where the original owner reclaimed the account about two weeks later. I contacted MMOProvider (and later learned this is rare), and they took the necessary action, which resulted in the account being banned. They honored their warranty and compensated me by leveling a new character, leveling two professions, and adding 2,000 gold. I honestly can’t say anything bad about them even when the original owner took the account back, MMOProvider acted quickly to make sure I still had a good experience.

Ordered 5k gold. 3k was delivered, then a day later they sent a recipe for gloves and claimed they sent gloves with the other 2k. When I contacted support on multiple occasions they said they’d look into it and respond via email, which never happened.

estimated delivery is absolut nonsense
Ordered golds, there was 10-15mins on this exact item. After 1 hour i contact them and they told me, they have only 1 guy provide golds and i have to wait. After 8 hours still nothing, i aksed for a refound cuz i dont reall care after 8 hours. They told me that ill get Fee for refound, sad experience. Never more, its joke experience.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
We deliver on most servers within 10-30 minutes, but the server in question is dead and there are barely players/gold farmers. Therefore, it took longer.
We issued a refund yes. Transaction costs are covered when you wish to wait atleast 24 hours for delivery. Refunds can be issued sooner than 24 hours, but then transaction costs are not covered
